Living & Entertainment: Relax on the comfortable sofa after a day of exploring. You can stream your favorite apps on the Smart TV or catch up on local news with the TV antenna. A dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi is also available for your convenience.

Kitchen & Dining: The large, fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a delight. It features full-size appliances, including a refrigerator, electric stove, and dishwasher. Enjoy your meals at the modern dining table, which seats four.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1 (Second Floor): Features a Queen bed and a dedicated desk with an office chair.
Bedroom 2 (Second Floor): Features a comfortable Queen bed.
Living Room: A Twin air mattress with an electric pump is available.

Bathroom: The modern bathroom is stocked with a starter supply of toilet paper (3 rolls), 2-in-1 shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. We provide one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per registered guest.

Laundry: A stylish in-unit washer and dryer are available for your use, along with a starter supply of high-efficiency detergent.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire townhome. Enjoy a seamless self-check-in and check-out process using a secure lockbox. You will have private, off-street parking for two vehicles (parked one behind the other) right at your doorstep. Guests also have access to a shared bicycle shed and a bicycle wash station at the back of the property.

We respect our guests` privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in experience. While we won`t be on-site during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or recommendations via the messaging app. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities.

BIKE RENTALS: Do not miss an amazing Bicycle Experience! Northwest Arkansas is rated the top 3 in the Nation and was named The Mountain Bicycle Capital of the World. We recommend the following shops: Bentonville: Phat Tire and Spoke by the Square great quality for all family members. Rogers: Oz Bike Fit, they offer upgraded Bicycle rentals that you do not typically see in other bike rentals in NWA. Rent higher-end quality bikes for your multiple adventures, such as City Touring, Mountain Road, Gravel, or Electric Bicycles. Be sure to bring your own bike chain locks to secure your ride. Just that simple!

Long-Term Stays: For reservations longer than four weeks, an additional cleaning fee of $75 is required in advance.

Supplies: We provide starter supplies of essentials (paper towels, soap, coffee, etc.) to give you time to settle in. For any additional items, the Walmart Neighborhood Market is conveniently located just 5 blocks away.
