Located in the center of the Dickson Street Entertainment District 1 block from the Walton Arts center, a 5 min walk to the University of Arkansas Campus, and the Historic Fayetteville Downtown Square and Farmers Market, and adjacent to many fine restaurants, bars, music venues, arts venues, and shopping. The property has 2 private parking spaces and a private deck with sitting area and private entrance. The apt has an open floor plan with bedroom living and kitchen area. Bathroom has a walk in, tiled shower, pedestal sink, toilet and washer/dryer. Apt. is fully furnished with all stainless steel appliances including stove/oven, fridge ,microwave, toaster, and coffee maker and includes all kitchen utensils, flatware, and glasses, free Wi-fi and cable.

Convenient location for graduation!

The property description is spot on - it really is close to it all. Convenient for getting around Fayetteville - and very walkable. The owner was very communicative as well. One little note, there may have been a few head bumps with the angles of the ceilings and walls in the loft, so just watch for that.If you want something that lets you park and not to have to drive, this is a good choice.

Perfect Location

This cozy little gem is just a block away from Dickson Street. We were in town for a concert at George’s Majestic and felt comfortable walking around late at night. The streets/parks were well lit. The property has everything you need for a stay. The bathroom is small but well equipped and squeaky clean. The bed and linens are very comfortable. There are many windows without coverings so the morning light will wake you up - if that’s not your thing, bring a sleeping mask. You do have privacy though and the location is very peaceful. We will be returning.
