Welcome to Coastal Playhouse at 746 North Shore Drive. This beautiful ranch home remains a vacation rental favorite. Located in the popular North Shore Drive area, you are a short walk to the Newcome Beach on Lake Michigan's sandy shoreline. Enjoy long days on the beach and return to the home easily to grab lunch or a fresh beverage. The home is updated in soft relaxing whites, simple décor, and plenty of space for your family or friends to relax, dine, and make memories.

Coastal Playhouse has 4 bedrooms and additional sleeping in the lower level, 3 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining, and two separate living spaces.

All 4 bedrooms are located on the main level. The master with king bed, the kids bunk room with trundle sleeps 3, a bedroom with a queen, and a final bedroom with another king bed. Closets and dressers in each room make for easy living.

The main level also features a large dining room with picture window facing the street, a full kitchen with stainless range, fridge, and dishwasher looking onto the back deck and large yard. The kitchen also has a small table and stools for morning coffee and planning of your fun filled day. The main level has two full bathrooms, one with a modern shower, and the other with a tub/shower combo. Also on this level is a roomy living room with large TV, wood burning fireplace, and seating for 6. The laundry room is also handy on the main level.

The lower level of Coastal Playhouse offers family fun and additional sleeping. There is a large bar with a second fridge, a game table with 4 chairs, a full size ping pong table, a large TV, and comfy seating for 5. The couch and loveseat both fold out for sleeping 3 comfortably. The lower level has its own full bath with shower.

The exterior of this home delivers fun and inviting spaces for your entire family. The perennial gardens are lush and beautiful. The deck features outdoor dining for 12 and lounging, a relaxing hot tub, a large grassy yard for games and pets, a campfire gathering area, a hot and cold outdoor private shower, a wooden playhouse for kids, a large hammock, and lots more. The garage will be available for storing bikes, beach toys, baby gear, etc. The paved driveway has space for 4 vehicles. Coastal Playhouse provides guests with yard games, a beach wagon, cooler, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. The Weber grill will make easy work of casual alfresco meals, the propane is provided.

The neighborhood around the home is beach inspired and friendly. Sidewalks on both sides of the street are great for walks with the dog. The downtown is a quick 10 minute bike ride or 5 minute drive. On your way you will find a convenience store with deli and ice cream, a fun beach gear and water toy rental store, the Maritime Museum, an outdoor eatery, a large park with playground equipment, and our famous draw bridge which goes up on the 1/2 and full hour to allow boat traffic through to go out to Lake Michigan. Downtown South Haven offers lots of shopping, dining, great views of the piers and lighthouse, locally made Ice Cream and lots more.
