The hotel is actually Quality Inn and Suites. Super nice staff, very comfy bed, quiet, and crazy convenient to get to St. Joseph and all the shops. Great price and quality stay!

Good location to freeway- old and rundown. Price was the appeal - much less expensive than other motels in the area.

The staff was amazing. The room was very clean very nice. It was very pleasant stay and very affordable. It was nice to have a place like this that fit my budget, but I was treated like royalty.

it already renamed to Qualify inn but no any sign for St Joseph inn which is still on Expedia online. It took me a long time in the evening to look for this hotel until I went to other local hotel to get the information.

Staff were excellent, very friendly and kind. We got a free room upgrade from a regular king to a king suite which was fantastic. Rooms looked impeccably clean. Gym has a good variety of equipment, breakfast has a great array of options! Very conveniently located right off 94 and only like 10-15 minutes into downtown but right next to Walmart/Meijer/Target plus restaurants if you need anything.

The beds & shower were good. No towels in the room and the bathroom was super hot. The room was super hot upon entering but manageable after a couple hours. I propped the bathroom door open the entire time to bring cool air inside. Breakfast was gross but there is a nearby Dunkin Donuts and great restaurant called Stacy's Pancake House across the street which was wonderful but pricey.

My main concern with this place was the lack of a fire alarm, just had the wires sticking out of the ceiling. Could use an update - carpet, drapes etc. The location was perfect for our needs and the staff was very helpful.

The AC was off and the room was hot and had a musty odor. The property was not well kept at all. The surrounding is not great either. If you need a place to sleep it works but not a family environment at all.

The name of the hotel in Expedia wasn't the name of the hotel. This made finding the hotel on maps difficult. The directions took us there but we were confused because the name on Expedia said one thing and the actual name of the hotel was another. Also there was confusion about the Continental breakfast, needless to say whether it was offered as 'free' or not wasn't as bad as how late it was and the offerings. The front desk guy was nice but the hotel room itself was scary. Curtains which looked as if they were sliced with a knife and stains on the wall that looked like some type of bodily fluid. I would never stay here again.

The name of the of the property should be changed in the listing. I had a very hard time finding it because it is listed as "The St Joseph Inn & Suites" and finally found it as "The Quality Inn Hotel" after stopping and inquiring at places in the area. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience. A.K. was very professional and kind.

My biggest concerns about this hotel are related to security and safety. There was no smoke detector in our room or in my parents’ room. The outside door closest to our room did not lock. I understand this is an older hotel, but there was a strange smell in the hotel. I probably will not stay at this hotel again.

Ok so the room was clean. The staff was nice. That's all the good. Hotel was dirty in general. The continental breakfast was some cereal, waffles, bread, no butter, and some yogurt. The juice machine was broken. My rooms door had been broken into at some point and they just glued a new door jam over top of the broken one, so it like somebody could just shoulder tackle the door and it would just break open. The door on the inside would also stick.So if you weren't paying attention and left the room, the door would just stay open.

I do not recommend staying here. Majority of the hotel has living residents. Place smells bad, they haven’t vacuumed or cleaned the carpets. People faded on drugs outside and in the hallways. Feel bad for the guy behind the counter residents yelling at him. He was very kind and helpful. The first room we got smelled so heavily of cigarettes we had him move us to another room. While in the new room, the television did not work. He came up and got it working. I would avoid this place.

Our first room smelled terrible, like dog or cat piss. I complained at the front desk and he moved us to another room, which was perfectly fine. The hotel is a bit worn and has certainly seen better days. Carpet in the two rooms we saw, which now seems strange as many places have gone with vinyl laminate floors. Many road/construction workers staying. Overall it was a fine, cheap hotel. My buddy and I noticed a family of 4 check in with their luggage and about a 1/2 hr later returned with their luggage and left. That did not surprise us. We parked our motorcycles near the front entrance. We both removed all of the luggage from the bikes, as I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my hard cases on the bike. At all other places we stayed, my hard cases remained on the bike.
