This 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath home offers 2400 square feet of convenient living, fully equipped for up to 10 guests, top quality furnishings, full-service use kitchen, patio / deck, grill, attached garage, and high speed Wi-Fi internet. A short trip to downtown St. Joseph, across the street (a 10 minute walk) from Jean Klock Park / Beach. Husbands went tournament fishing, wives went shopping. House was great for 4 couples. Quiet neighborhood. House is very nice and has everything you need. HOA has rules that you need to read. Overall, good place to stay.

We definitely would stay in this house again. It was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels, bedding and blankets. The Roku TVs were nice as well as the keyless entry. The location is perfect….the river, the beach, downtown St. Joe…so convenient. I highly recommend.

My husband and I got married in Benton Harbor yesterday. I chose this house as the location for my bridal party and I to get ready. What a clean, bright, beautiful home! Perfect for my girls and I to stay at the night before, and to have our hair and makeup done on the day of the wedding. Highly recommended!

The property exceeded our expectations! Host was very attentive and responsive prior to checkin. VERY CLEAN and well maintained. We took advantage of the bikes proved to explore. Easy ride to town and beach. Hope to stay there again in the future!

There are some big things and little things that make this property excellent. The location is close to public beach (Jean Klock Park) is within walking distance. The beach is beautiful and well kept, with a playground and grills, etc. The house sits facing a golf course which would be great for golfers. It's also a short distance from downtown St. Joseph's. The house was clean and just as pictured. And was probably one of the most well stocked houses I've stayed in. Little things like spices, feminine products, plenty of towels (beach and bath) and blankets. There were also plenty of cleaning supplies and trash bags/ paper towels. This may seem minor but really helps a guest to feel at home and helps with not having to overbuy at the store. The house was also well stocked with board games, multiple bikes and even a kayak. There were beach chairs and a beach cart. We didn't need to have much communication with the owners/managers but it was clear on how to communicate with them. Check in and out was easy! Would highly recommend this property!

This house was beautiful, clean, and perfectly met our needs. We traveled with four families (two couples plus two families with one toddler each) and we had plenty of room for the kids to play around both inside and at the nearby beach. It was easily accessible to downtown Saint Jo and even had beach toys and a wagon.10/10 recommend and would book again.

Property is exactly as described. Location is perfect for Jean Clock and Silver Beach/ St Joe (5 minutes if you hit red lights). Games and puzzles were great for the kids and the bikes were any excellent extra that I had missed in the listing. House is nicely decorated and furnished. Tablespoon and liquid measuring cup were missing but a decent cook can easily work around that. Having spices and singles use plates and cutlery were also a nice touch as it made beach days much easier. If you are looking for an easy and perfect place a stones throw away St Joe, I would highly recommend booking here. 5/5 stars

Super clean and well equipped for a 4-day stay for 6 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 infants (we brought our own portable cribs and booster seats). Very close to downtown St. Joe and all it has to offer as well as a great beach at Jean Klock park. Would definitely rent again.

Our family has been staying here for a few years. Great location, great house, modern, clean, near walking paths and a short walk to the beach. Host is very responsive, and we love having family coffee time on the beautiful front porch every morning.

We loved the close proximity to the beach and downtown. Everything we needed for the beach was available. The house had great spaces for our 8 adults and 1 baby and had everything we needed to even make meals at home. The house was very clean and kept up very well. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We would definately stay again!

Very spacious stocked with everything great linens nice porch garage very quiet. Could have a group sitting in the kitchen and a group sitting in the living room bedrooms were very nice bathrooms for everyone. No one had to wait for showers.

Our family of 10 stayed in this amazing home for the KitchenAid Sr PGA golf Championship weekend. The location was perfect and the layout of the home was just what we needed. Our host, Andrew was excellent! He always answered my questions promptly and provided clear, detailed information. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful property!
