  • This Cottage Is Located Behind the House On North Shore Drive. The One Bedroom Cottage Is Great For A couple or a couple and a child.

    The Cottage Is Located On 'The Golden Mile' Which Gets It's Meaning From a Beautiful Beach That You Can Walk For Miles and Sunsets That Are Unbelievable. South Haven Beaches Were Rated As One of the Top 10 Beaches In the Midwest By the Chicago Tribune. The Cottage Is Located Across the Street From Lake Michigan,and Between Two Public Beaches That Are Approximately a Half a Block Away.
    The Cottage Was Recently Remodeled For Summer or Winter. The Cottage has Heat, Air-Conditioning As Well As Ceiling Fans To Keep You Comfortable. An Attached Deck with Table, Umbrella and Chairs Is a Great Place To Barbecue or Just Relax.There Is a Back Yard with a Fire Pit and Plenty of Firewood, Which Is Shared with Another Cottage and the Main House.

    With Various Activities In the Area, There Is Plenty To Do. From Boating, Biking, Golfing, Wine Tasting, Art Fairs and Plenty of Antiquing Throughout the Year. We Are Just a Short Walk To Downtown For Shopping or Dinner.

    We Provide Off Street Parking For One Car with Additional Parking On the Street. Linens Are Provided, But You Will Need To Bring Your Own Towels For the Bath and Beach. We Are Pet and Smoke Free.

Overall, nice rental. A stones throw from the beach which is even better. Downside was it’s outdated as heck with brochures, tv’s, and aesthetic. Gets the job done if you won’t be inside much.

Great Cottage

The cottage was absolutely perfect for us. Clean, well equipped, quiet and close to the beach access. It was everything that we were looking for! This place is great - we would definitely recommend it and stay there again!

Wonderful property able to accommodate 3 families and grandparents. We live south haven and this is right close to the beautiful beach!

Very nice stay that was convenient to beaches. Kids liked watching tv. Room was nice and cool during hot days. Hosts made everything very easy. Quiet and secluded off the main road. We would stay again.

Very nice and clean

We enjoyed our stay. Cute cottage, super close to beach and restaurants. For the two of us this one bedroom cottage was perfect. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend.

Comfortable Cottage

The cottage was exactly as described. The kitchen was well-appointed with appliances, dishes, utensils and cookware. The bed was comfortable. The cottage was very clean. Great location close to several nice beaches

Relaxing

This little cabin was very clean & cozy. It was close to 2 state park trails that we enjoyed since we are hikers. A little cool & windy but we still enjoyed the beach. And also close to the downtown area. We enjoyed dinner at Clementines & breakfast at Six Chicks.

Excellent!

Just a few minutes walk to the beach and less than a mile walk to great restaurants! Quiet even though South Haven and restaurants were very busy. The cottage was spotless and exactly what we needed - loved the deck for morning coffee and evenings. Thank you to housekeeping staff as well for finding my favorite sweater!

It was a little small for 2 adults, at least not as a couple. You’re directly across from the lake and the access. You can walk to a great coffee shop/bakery (they serve Starbucks!). Short stove to anything else you would want to do.

Great Location, Quiet and Walking Distance to Everything

The location is top notch for going to the beach, walking to town, or to Bunde's for breakfast. We loved the little deck and the size of the yard. It was really quiet which was nice, even though the outside space is shared. There is a bedroom and fold out couch in the living area which was perfect for three adults, one on the fold out couch and two in the bedroom. The owners were great with communication and we had no issues at all while we were there. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

Property was as described. Very clean and had everything that we needed. There were only 2 of us on this trip and it was the perfect size for us. If we had our 2 kids with us it would've been pretty crowded. Loved the location as it's a short drive to downtown and close enough to walk to the beaches. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Gary and Debbie!

It was ok. Needs a lot of updates. Couch and the bed. Feels like it was updated in the 90’s and it’s on cruise control. Didn’t stay the whole visit.
