  • The villa Holiday villa Albir - Alfaz del Pi in Alfaz del Pi is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a mountain view.

    The 243 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people.

    Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, heating, a fan, a washing machine as well as satellite television with streaming services. A cot and a high chair are available upon request free of charge, additionally, two extra beds for children can be provided upon request.

    The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a grill, a playground and an outdoor shower.

Just amazing place with amazing views.

Pros: Everything. Villas was beautiful, Torill was so lovely and very sweet. Pool was lovely and clean. Just had the most amazing stay. Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.

Smart løsning med utekjøkken og grill. Meget god velkomst og service fra kontaktperson på stedet. Savnet lekeplassen som var nevnt i beskrivelsen.

Pros: This villa is nice and very well equipped, was disappointed in the positioning of the villa as the read up states car recommended I would say car absolutely necessary, unless you intend staying in all holiday, or paying for taxis that are not cheap. I went the last two weeks of August and the weather was really warm which leads me to warn about the extra charge in electricity the 300 kW is no way enough we only used the air conditioning couple hours each night and was over the budget, the electric was a bit faulty time to time, ie light flickering on and off and a couple of times the whole fuse box needed rebooted, also the €200 euro final charge for clean is extortion after paying €3240 for the rent, all these small issues did not in any way spoil our holiday and would stay here again,

Pros: Kjempeflott stort hus med god plass til 2 familier (4 voksne, 5 barn). Godt utstyrt og eget bad/dusj til alle soverom. Veldig praktisk med leilighetsdelen for de som har små barn og trenger litt privatliv/kveldsro. Flott uteområde med god plass for de minste, og kjempebra basseng. Løsningen med grillområdet ute var helt genial. Her finnes også eget kjøleskap/frys. Praktisk når bassengvåte unger skal hente is. :) Stille og rolig område med blindvei, så ingen gjenvnomkjøring forbi huset. Med leiebil er det 4 minutter til Albir og 7-8 minutter til Benidorm. Ryddig og profesjonell utleieprosess, og den lokale kontakten var virkelig hjelpsom og lynrask til å besvare spørsmål. Hun handlet litt til oss på forhånd og vi fikk haik til butikken første dag. Besøk hit anbefales og vi skal tilbake!

Pros: Elena was friendly and fantastic, she got the Villa ready earlier than planned so we could get access at lunchtime rather than late afternoon! The Pool is large and always warm, and plenty outdoor space for sunbathing etc! Elena gave us the damage deposit balance back early after taking out the cleaning fee and money for sheets and towels, so we could leave early on the Saturday morning! There are plenty rooms and space in the Villa for people to be all together as one group or split up to do different things as there are 3 living rooms one with TV, plenty seating, another large living room come dining room with comfy seating, and a living room in the apartment along with a bedroom kitchen and bathroom but be aware the glass tiles between the bathroom and kitchen leave nothing to the imagination so maybe a curtain put up inside the bathroom to draw over the glass tiles would afford privacy! This villa has 4 bedrooms but can sleep people on sofa beds, as one bedroom near the TV lounge is really large with ensuite and a sofa bed as well as the bed. The apartment also has sofa beds in the lounge separate to the bedroom. Only about 7 minutes by vehicle to Benidorm itself! A Just like Greggs Pie and sandwich shop is close to Benidorm, they do cakes breakfasts as well! this shop was a bonus for us! The Villa is in a quiet area! We would definitely return here! Negatives! The hot water went off which was not a major problem in the heat, but Elena was on the ball and got it sorted out!
