  • This air-conditioned, single-level 4-bedroom Sunriver vacation home is designed for families, groups, and reunion stays, with 4 full bathrooms, space for up to 12 guests, a private hot tub, 7 adult bikes, ping pong, a large wrap-around deck, and easy access to Sunriver bike paths, Fort Rock Park, tennis courts, and The Village at Sunriver.

    Step inside to an open great room with vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, TV, and a beautiful river rock gas fireplace. The well-stocked kitchen makes group meals easy, with a farmhouse-style dining table for breakfast, dinner, and time together after a day of exploring Central Oregon. Outside, the spacious wrap-around deck includes a gas BBQ and two patio tables for relaxed outdoor dining.

    After biking, hiking, floating the Deschutes River, or spending the day at Fort Rock Park, unwind with a soak in the private hot tub under the stars. When you are ready to turn, we've got cozy bedrooms for all. Bedroom 1 includes a king bed, and Bedroom 2 includes a king bed and a twin bunk, making it a great setup for a young family. The two remaining guest bedrooms each include a queen bed. A small bonus TV room, with a sofa bed, creates a second hangout space for kids or extra guests. Guests pass through this bonus room to access the back bedroom.

    Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this home makes it easy to explore Sunriver. Follow the adjacent bike path to the north grocery store or tennis courts, ride to Fort Rock Park just 1/2 mile away, or head a few miles to The Village at Sunriver, horseback riding, and summer floats along the Deschutes River.

Great property with a perfect layout for multiple couples or large family. 4 bedrooms plus 4 bathrooms. Loved the ping pong table and bicycles. Also liked the northern sunriver location close to the northern entrance. It made our frequent trips to Bend easy and quick. Would definitely stay here again.

Sunriver family week

Great house!! The 2 bedrooms with king beads were perfect for our daughters and their spouses and little kids and the 2 queen bedrooms were great for the couples without kids. Super close to the store, quiet neighborhood. We loved it!!!

House was very clean, and they were good to communicate with. Nothing bad to say at all and worked really good for us as each room essentially had its own bath. My only suggestion would be to leave some kind of cleaners out to wipe down counters etc. We wound up dust buying some spray cleaner at the local store and were able to get the same one we use at home so not really a big deal. Thanks again.

Loved this house

This house was perfect for our group. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. And, because we are all getting a little older, we appreciated that the entire home is on one level. The home was clean, comfortable and not too fussy. The couches were comfortable as were the beds. The location was excellent and very quiet. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here on our next visit to Sunriver.

Perfect floor plan for our group

We had a fun mix of young couples and older couples in this house and the great separation of living spaces worked out wonderfully. The kitchen was big and very well stocked with every cooking appliance and gadget imaginable. Tons of extra bedding and towels which is always appreciated. Very comfortable home and even without AC in the middle of July it stayed fairly cool. Enjoyed staying here and it worked very well for us.

Sunriver getaway

This is a well located large home the comfortably accommodated our large family. Kitchen was well stocked and pots and pans were in great condition. The beds in the two suites were too soft for our liking and two of the three couches in the living room are broken down and need replaced or cushions restuffed, something.

Nice home on the north end huge spaces

We enjoyed staying at this home- it has large spaces and lots of private baths for a large family gathering if needed . Great kitchen- it snowed and we enjoyed making soups and comfort food. Quiet cul de sac close to north store and bike trails

Worked great

This house worked great for our short family getaway. Very nice and clean, lots of rooms and places to sleep. We enjoyed the hot after skiing!
