Villa 6 is a 2 bed room, 2 bath, 2 story, 1730 sf townhouse located in the quiet gated surroundings of the Broken Top community. A designated covered parking space is provided with plenty of additional
open parking if needed.

All bedroom and living room windows face the 18 th fairway of the privately owned Broken Top golf course. The fairway is surrounded with pine trees providing for a pleasant and relaxing environment.

Deer, geese and other wildlife are frequently seen on the fairway, with deer visiting year round.

Heating and cooling is provided by a central forced air gas HVAC system. For additional comfort, the living room includes a high efficient gas fireplace operated by a smart remote control that maintains the
room at your desired set temperature. For the warmer months, the central AC system is supplemented by a remote controlled 3-speed ceiling fan.

Relax after a hard day of skiing, biking, hiking, golf, rafting or doing nothing, settle back into the 2 leather recliner chairs with ottomans and enjoy the 42” HDTV and Blu-ray DVD player. Or relax outside in the 6 person hot tub or having a quiet meal sitting at the shaded patio set.

Our stay was incredible. Property was clean and I'm a great location very quiet. We had one neighbor that we saw they were very nice. We will be looking for vrbo's instead of hotels from now on so nice to have your own space and not have hotel doors slamming and people running around the halls.

Location was great. Following Google maps led us to wrong entrance to the location- need to update address with better directions. Nice townhouse/condo. Hot tub was nice, but not really clean- needed to have chlorine tabs in the filter to keep it cleaner. Upstairs bedroom has blinds you cannot open, so upstairs seemed too dark- and there are beautiful views to see. I would stay again.

Save yourself the headache, do not book with a Lava Springs property. I had to contact them the day before arrival to get any type of information/confirmation other than the VRBO initial confirmation. That should have clued me into them not being ready for our reservation. Check in was at 4, we arrived and 6 and the unit had not been cleaned from the previous stay. Contacted Lava Springs and they did get back to me in about 15 mins. Had to wait until almost 8 pm to be able to get into property. I realize that this was not the person answering the call’s fault but the attitude of manager was horrible. She basically told me she would refund my money and I could find another place to stay. At 6 pm on a Thursday, this would have been impossible. She did then offer to comp a night but never followed through with that offer. In fact when I tried to contact the next day to let her know the upstairs bathroom did not get cleaned and there were absolutely no toiletries, not even a bar of soap, I never received a response. Broken top has wonderful units to rent, even within this same complex. Find one from another property management company to ensure yourself a trouble free vacation.

We have stayed here many times over the years when our home is being remodeled or repaired. The management is always responsive and kind no matter the time of day. We love the quiet, natural setting. The condo is older and could use some update in decor but it is still a great space. Thank you to Traci fir all of your help!!

This place had everything we needed to enjoy our snowboarding vacation. The location, amenities, and especially the hot tub and fire place. The property manager also had a quick response to any of our concerns. We’d definitely book this place again.

We rented townhouses #5 & 6 thru VRBO. The townhouses are in a beautiful gated community. The townhouses are large, lovely, clean, quiet, and only a few miles from the river and downtown. They are perfect for couples or small families. My husband and I stayed there 3 years ago and really enjoyed our time!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as did my friends who came for a few days. Unfortunately fireplace & icemaker were not working but they are “on it”. Restaurant/bar was terrific. Perfect location! Property manager answered the phone promptly♥️

Everything was great. We moved our son into COCC and were able to have our little dog with us. Had a minor issue with the door lock that was taken care of ASAP. Will definitely look to rent this place again in the future.

This property has it all - location, amenities, safety, clean, excellent property management, etc. We loved this location - very close to downtown Bend - and the property layout. The neighborhood is beautiful and the kitchen is perfect for cooking "at home." I highly recommend this property and I will for sure try to book again. Thanks!

Rented for skiing at Mt Bachelor and wanted to be close to town. This property for the bill. Only comment would be that they could have more towels for the hot tub, a few cleaning supplies to wipe down the kitchen counters etc. - all that being said - would rent again in the winter or summer!

We've stayed at this property 3 times now because it so perfectly suits our needs. This is also the 3rd property manager and Lava Springs was first rate in that regard, immediately responding to a few minor maintenance issues we first encountered. This townhome is right on the 18th fairway of the golf course, which is a bit odd for non golfers but the place is quiet and lovely, and the interior has all the amenities one would need.
