Quelah 74 lakefront condo enjoys exceptional reviews & a beautiful view of Lake Aspen. Our unit has air conditioning, a gas fireplace, 1 king bed in the primary bedroom, 2 queen beds in 2nd suite all with premium comfort memory foam mattresses & en-suite baths in both.

No smoking & no pet policy with enhanced allergy free protocols.

Fall, Winter, Spring rates $225 -$245, Summer & Holiday rates $345 - $365

Quelah Condominiums feature private tennis & PB courts on-site and a private swimming pool, kiddie pool and a large spa also on-site for Quelah guest use only.

Sunriver Resort facilities offer a fantastic choice of Sunriver restaurants and also Sunriver Brewery & Pub at the Village Mall.

Our kitchen includes all the basic supplies and essential equipment needed to cook and serve most meals including a well stocked spice basket. Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, whole bean grinder, toaster are all included in the upgraded kitchen.

Front patio with table, chairs and umbrella and a gas BBQ. Our condo is "Super" clean, as we have the best housekeeper in Sunriver.

Condo amenities include Smart HDTVs ... YouTube TV channels ... optionally stream your Netflix, Amazon, Disney etc. subscriptions.

Premium Stereo Music System ... easily stream your music via bluetooth from your mobile phone or watch movies & shows with stereo sound.

Includes washer, dryer and covered parking.

Sunriver delivers activities that allow guests to take full advantage of what Sunriver has to offer. Access is available to Sage Springs Spa … book a massage, relax in the sauna or the jacuzzi or workout in the gym.

The Sunriver Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC) is available for guests as well. (we do not provide passes).

Go biking on over 40 miles of paved trails, bike rentals are available at the Village Mall. Practice yoga outdoors or view your favorite constellation of stars at the Sunriver Observatory.

From trail rides out of Sunriver stables to raft float trips down the Deschutes River, we have something to inspire everyone. For the winter sports enthusiast, hit the slopes for skiing and snowboarding at nearby Mt. Bachelor.

Please Note:

The Sunriver Resort award-winning Meadows and Woodlands golf courses are now exclusively reserved for Club Members only via private annual memberships, effective March 2025.

Public Golf Courses nearby are Rivers Edge, Widgi Creek, Quail Run and the Old Back 9.

There is no access to Sunriver Resort's Cove pool, however there is access to the Sunriver Aquatic Center (SHARC), and to Sunriver's Spa, Marina and Stables.

Quelah 74 is advertised as an allergy free condo. No Smoking & No Pets are allowed. A $275 deep cleaning fee may be added after check-out if necessary.

Host is always available by phone, text message or email for any help or questions you may have.

We stay here every Fall. This is the best equipped place, everything you could think of in the kitchen including spices and food wrap. The view is fabulous and it is so convenient to the shops and bike trails. Harvey’s response to any questions has always been within minutes. To cold to use the pool this time but in the past we have always found it clean and a good temperature

This was one of the nicest places we've stayed in Quelah condos, and was particularly well set up for cooking and for happy hours on the deck watching sunsets over the lake. The host was very responsive as well. We'll be back!

Very nice place….we couldn’t have asked for a better location…..our family enjoyed every minuteQuelah pool is awesome. One thing we did miss was Quelah pool not having tables with chairs and umbrellas, which it’s had in the past. We needed a bit of respite from the sun. Other than that….great family place!

Incredible Sunriver Condo

This condo was absolutely perfect in every way. It was impeccably clean and had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable and the overall layout of the condo was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay here again. The view of the lake was pretty and the walking pads right outside were wonderful.

Great location w ease to everything. Very quiet. Most importantly: this home is very cozy and warm. The wood accents, stone fireplace, warm lighting. Perfect decor for Sunriver. And very nice remodel, too!

Amazing Condo in the Woods

This is a beautiful condo with a stunning view from the back deck. Sunriver is a such peaceful place to do as much or as little as you want. This condo offers the perfect location to visit Bend and the surrounding rivers, trails, and waterfalls. I will definately return!

Enjoyable stay in lakeside Sunriver property with tennis courts and pool

Overall, enjoyed staying at this well-maintained property which has a view of Lake Aspen and is convenient to many Sunriver amenities. Owner is very responsive, easy to reach, and helpful. Unit is clean, relatively updated, and has air conditioning. Note that this unit does not include access to the Cove or SHARC (would need to pay separately a-la-carte to visit SHARC).

Great Place to Visit

Property is very clean, spacious, and conveniently located. Bike/multi-purpose trail is right out the back door. Beautiful view of Lake Aspen. Owner was very kind and worked with us to stay an additional day.

Nice spot

These condo's are some of the original Sun River buildings. As such, they have amazing location on Aspen Lake close to everything but were put in 50 years ago. This condo is nicely updated. Kitchen well appointed. Easy in, easy out. Clean, everything worked. Beds were nice mattress wise, did not love the super heavy quilt in the Master Bedroom. Harvey is super responsive and helpful.

Wonderful late August visit

Our second visit and we enjoyed it again as much as the first time a year ago. The location and views are spectacular. We greatly appreciated the high quality appliances as we prepared all of our meals on site. Looking forward to future visits.

Wonderful condo and view

We stayed here 5 nights for a special birthday. The condo was clean, comfortable and impressively well equipped. We like the location on Lake Aspen and being near the Nature Center. Lots of waterfowl and other birds. The upgrades on the condo are well done; loved the fireplace and deck.
