This newly updated home has everything you need for your Sunriver getaway, including a huge fenced-in yard with a large deck for relaxing in the sunshine, BBQ'ing, and watching the kids play. Stay close to the fun but away from the crowds — this home sits just outside Sunriver, in the tranquil Three Rivers community, minutes from The Village shops and restaurants.

Upon entering the home, you'll find a light-filled living space with a wood-burning fireplace, cozy seating, and a big TV. The great room also features a dining area with seating for 8 at the table and 2 additional seats at the kitchen counter. The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare all your favorite meals, featuring a gas cooktop, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig (bring your favorite pods).

Just off the kitchen, you'll find the laundry room and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom is available to guests of the three nearby guest bedrooms, two of which have queen beds and one has a full over full bunk bed with a trundle.

The en-suite bedroom features a cozy king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and private bath with a walk-in shower.

If the outdoors are where you want to be, downhill and Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and sledding are all only about 20 minutes from your doorstep. In the summer, enjoy floating the Deschutes River, fishing, biking, and more.

This home allows 2 dogs; fees apply.

This home has a Ring Doorbell camera.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Perfect Location

Perfect home for our large family. Enjoyed the outdoor area the most, plenty of space and privacy. Plenty of parking. Close proximity to Sunriver, easy 5min drive. Kitchen fully equipped! Loved the Keurig, and air fryer options, was not missing anything needed.

Christmas in Sunriver

We all thoroughly enjoyed this house and the property especially being completely fenced was a huge bonus. The furnishings and wall art were fun and related to Central Oregon which we loved. We hope to stay here again for our annual Christmas in Sunriver trip.

Sunriver family vacation

The house was too small for us, We needed to have at least one more bedroom, and the description of the house didn't mention that it wasn't in the Sunriver development which is what we were looking for. But the kitchen was well equipped and the backyard was nice for our dogs. It would have been nice to have a table and chairs on the back patio.

Great House, fantastic yard NOT on Sunriver property

We had a mixed group of family and friends to celebrate my adult daughters birthday. The house has a great layout, the furniture is comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with the pots and pans in excellent condition.

The house is really clean, nicely remodeled recently and spacious. The backyard is really large and great for hanging out or entertaining. The beds were a bit too firm for some of us. Overall, a really nice stay.

New years get away

Very nice house!! We loved the kitchen and dining room, eating meals, playing games and doing puzzles. The backyard is huge, we’ll have to come back in the summer to enjoy it!! The wood stove was a great bonus. Quiet neighborhood, close to town.

Excellent Home

We had a wonderful ski holiday and thoroughly enjoyed the property with our family. It was a wonderful location that was easy to get to Mt. Bachelor and the amenities were top notch. The beds were a little firm, which half of my family enjoyed and the other half did not, but everything else was great. We especially enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and the large backyard. I will definitely try to stay here again.

Better than the pictures

The home was great, with a huge living room and kitchen that the pictures didn't do justice to. It had a nice sized dining room table that was great for game night and a huge back yard that the dog loved. The fire pit was great for smores. The only criticism our group had was that the beds were extremely firm. A couple of us have back issues and even those of us who didn't had stiff backs by the end of our stay. Debated taking off a star for this but honestly it was a great place.
