Escape to The Gem Estate, a 10-acre haven just 25 minutes north of central Bend and 15 minutes southeast of Sisters on a tranquil lavender farm. This retreat is made up of a beautiful primary residence, a detached barn with two bedrooms, a media/game room, and a gym.

Step into this Northwest modern farmhouse with its bold, contemporary style and unique design touches. The living room beckons with a cozy fireplace and a large-screen TV, setting the stage for epic movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring all Thermador appliances, a gas range, a spacious fridge/freezer, and barstool seating for five. Gather around the generous dining table for feasts or game nights, and don't forget the breakfast nook — a charming spot for your morning coffee.

Work remotely or attend virtual classes in the dedicated office, unwind in the game room with its additional TV and game table, or break a sweat in the well-equipped garage gym.

With a large lot offering plenty of space and privacy, The Gem Estate is the ultimate retreat for group travelers seeking the perfect blend of luxury and relaxation in beautiful Bend, Oregon. The main house boasts a king suite with an ensuite bathroom and two queen rooms. Journey to the detached barn, offering two queen suites, each with a private entrance, desk, and ensuite bathroom. There's even a PlayStation 5 waiting in the barn media/game room, and Netflix/Hulu logins are provided during your stay.

Outside, the spacious patio beckons with a hot tub, a shaded al fresco dining area, a Solo stove pizza oven, and a Weber gas grill. Relax in the barrel sauna or the Ice Barrel 500 cold plunge. Embrace the outdoors around the firepit (firewood and fire starters provided) on comfortable Adirondack seating, or try your hand at the 9-hole disc golf course around the property. For even more fun, cornhole and a portable pickleball net with paddles are provided.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. Beautiful Stay in Sisters

This house is just gorgeous and well located just outside downtown Sisters (10 min drive). It is super clean, equipped with anything you could possibly need (kitchen utensils/cooking supplies, towels, bedding…) and very well maintained. Highly recommend and we will absolutely book again! Check-in and Check-out was very easy too.

AMAZING PROPERTY and FANTASTIC STAY!!

The OUTSTANDING House is beautiful. The accommodation's were superb. There was nothing "needed" at the house besides food, however no need to bring spices/cooking supplies, or anything for the kitchen! This house will be a destination for us again for sure!

Beautiful Retreat

We stayed in this beautiful home while our kids played in local SALI lacrosse tournament. It was such a beautiful retreat and every detail was thought of. AvantStay really does an amazing job of personalizing the stay and making you feel like a welcomed family member. The house has everything you need and more and we really enjoyed and appreciated all the thought and care that went into all the niceties & thoughtful gifts. It was just lovely, thank you!
