Just 5 minute walk from your front door is the public river trail and Pioneer Park where you can stroll alongside the Deschutes while taking in the sights. 10 more minutes upstream will lead you straight into the downtown area, which hosts some of the best restaurants and breweries in town! You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.

"This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer."
