Enjoy the natural beauty of the nearby Deschutes River, the vibrant city of Bend just a short drive away, and over 35 miles of paved bike trails that wind through the scenic Sunriver landscape. Step outside onto the private back deck, a perfect spot for lounging in the fresh mountain air or enjoying a family meal al fresco. Fire up the BBQ grill for a delicious cookout after a day of adventure. Unwind in the private hot tub under a canopy of stars—an ideal way to relax and recharge. Inside, you'll find flat screen TVs in the living room, bedrooms, and game room, offering entertainment for everyone. The cozy electric fireplace in the living room creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for movie nights or quiet evenings with loved ones. Great house with amazing location

We had a fantastic time at this house! The location is perfect. The only complaint was a broken hot tub for the first 24 hours however, the property management company was very communicative about this and worked diligently to have it fixed in time for us to still get to enjoy. Every question I had was answered within minutes. Would highly recommend!

Great property management

Our review is split between the management company and the house itself. The communication and interactions with Village Properties were outstanding! In fact, we had forgotten a cell phone and swim suit and the maid brought them back to Village Properties and they mailed them to us. We were very thankful for the honesty of that employee and the immediate action given by the management company to get the items back to us. We also greatly appreciated the option to text any needs and concerns with Village Properties. I highly recommend securing a house rental through Village Properties. House review The house is old and has steep indoor and outdoor stairs. The partition built next to the hot tub limits any access to lifting the VERY heavy hot tub lid. The air conditioner only works downstairs and the downstairs mattress is old and uncomfortable. The upstairs mattress is newer and was comfortable. However, the extra thick mattress on that bed frame made it extremely difficult to climb into bed. We had to put a sofa cushion down on the floor as a step. The bathtubs are also so tall it was extremely difficult to step into and there are no handrails inside or on the wall near the tub. The downstairs toilet must be meant for small children as it was really low to the ground and not adult friendly. We knew we were booking an older home, but didn’t realize it was in so much need of repair and updating. If looking for the kitchen light switch, it is located behind the refrigerator. The location is great being very close to the village and Sharc. We had deer visit at dusk. We were not able to utilize the Sharc passes as the facility was at capacity within 30 minutes of opening. Overall, we would not recommend the home for families or those with mobility challenges. However, this property development company has other homes to choose from.
