Este elegante Tudor, ubicado a orillas del río Deschutes, cerca del histórico Drake Park en el centro de Bend, es un paseo fácil al centro, donde encontrará muchas opciones para comer, comprar y divertirse.

Drake Park Villa es una hermosa casa de dos pisos con tres habitaciones y dos baños y medio. La lujosa King Master Suite incluye una gran ducha separada, lavabos dobles y una bañera rodeada de hermosas ventanas con paneles que dan al río. Dos habitaciones dobles comparten un baño en el segundo piso, que también cuenta con una espaciosa sala familiar con un televisor de pantalla plana con cable y DVD. La sala familiar puede convertirse en un cuarto dormitorio con el sofá desplegable.

El piso principal cuenta con pisos de madera dura brasileña y un amplio plan de piso abierto con sala, cocina y comedor. Grandes ventanales enmarcan la hermosa vista del río. Drake Park Villa también cuenta con una chimenea de gas, cocina gourmet con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y asientos para cuatro en el bar, así como una sala multimedia con TV de pantalla plana y mesa de juego. Esta es una casa sin mascotas.

An absolutely stunning property. A spectacular house. Easy walk to downtown. Two blocks from a great restaurant downtown. The river is steps from the back door. Couldn't have been nicer.

Beautiful home right on the Deschutes

I booked this property with my wife and several of our friends while we were in Bend for a wedding. We got a great deal on the house as we were visiting in the off-season.The management was very friendly and amendable, and the house was spacious and clean. We had a great kitchen too, with lots of equipment stocked. Would definitely book this place again, and would recommend it to others.

Riverfront on Mirror Pond

We stayed at this property for 10 days and really enjoyed the home. The location was absolutely perfect! We had a few issues when we first checked in but the rental company had someone out there within hours to resolve the issues. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall was because the master bedroom needs blinds! They only have window coverings on the bottom half of the windows and as soon as the sun comes up, you're up whether you want to be or not! The only other thing would be to have a bigger/better TV on the main floor so you can watch TV and enjoy the fire. We found ourselves going up to the upstairs bonus room to watch TV when we would have preferred to be on the main level. Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful location!

Everything about the house was perfect. Interior was very elegant and it had the perfect location sitting right on the river. We could go out every morning and have coffee on the patio and listen to the Geese and enjoy the sound of the river.

This property is amazing! The views of Mirror Pond and Drake Park were lovely. This was for a reunion of 3 sorority sisters that have been getting together for many years and this house was perfect! We felt like Princesses at 75 living in a castle. Loved walking into town everyday!

Really lovely property, better than the photos. The interior was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was great, and the water view was wonderful. I would recommend some blinds throughout the home, especially in the main bedroom. It’s a bit awkward changing in a room when you don’t have the ability to close the blinds for privacy. The outside garbage and recycling was very full, but obviously that didn’t impact the quality and of the stay or the quality of the property.

Terrific House

The house was beautiful, well equipped and in a great location. In addition,Crystal and her staff couldnt have been more helpful. You simply cannot ask for anything more in a place to stay. Next time I return to Bend I will attempt to rent this house first

Stayed for 3 nights

House is beautiful, very spacious…Location is within walking distance to food trucks, a mini mart, gas station, and Bagel Shop…even with one of our guests having hip problems. Some down sides were the fireplace’s pilot light was not lit so we needed host help with that, along with all 3 tv’s having no service. Management came and fixed problems the next day. Other than that the stay was private and enjoyable. Would stay again.

Awesome location and great time

We rented this place last minute when another booking fell through. Home is just as described and in an amazing location right on the river/mirror pond. Perfect for launching our paddle boards and biking to/from places in town. The only reason this doesn’t get a five star is that while it’s a great location and as described, it just feels somewhat uninviting to rental guests. Decor is blah, no bikes or water toys (most every other place in town has bikes for guests), beds were not super comfortable, cobwebs on bushes right outside back door. But besides these nit picky things, we had a great time. My kids loved the big open tv room upstairs and location can’t be beat.

Great large home , centrally located

This is our second time at this property in Bend. The location is perfect : 30 minute drive to Mr Bachelor , 3 minute drive to the shuttle drop off /pick up , 5 minute walk to the cute shops and restaurants on Wall Street, and 3 min walk in the other direction to a great coffee shop and 7-11 . The house has a huge master bedroom with a large closet, and two additional bedrooms with queen beds. A fourth room can be set up as an additional bedroom. The best part of the home is the view from the kitchen/family room into the river. We also love the big dining table off the kitchen that can seat all of us . This is a great place for groups in Bend.

Beautiful Property

Such a lovely property right on the river. A chef’s kitchen with a Wolf stove and Subzero refrigerator. The beds were comfortable but the sheets could use replacing. Carpets and area rugs could use cleaning but the home was quite clean otherwise. The fireplace was extraordinary and added such cozy ambiance to our stay. We would definitely stay here again. The location is very convenient to shops, restaurants and so many parks. Thank you. Best VRBO we have ever rented.

Wonderful place in the perfect location with amazing views

We all had a wonderful time, and the home had everything we needed. The only thing was how we found the faucet in the kitchen upon arrival. The handle was very loose, and as we used it to turn the water on and off, it only got looser. Please have someone fix it before the next guest arrives. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect, and we would rent it again. The views are amazing. Our first full day was met with snow softly falling all day. Ducks and geese paddling and floating up and down the river and people frolicking in the snow. How perfect and fitting for this time of year!
