RIVERFRONT, ¡una experiencia de vacaciones única!

Hermosa, relajante y divertida propiedad frente al río con todo lo que necesitas para disfrutarlo. Jugar, flotar, nadar en el río en su patio trasero durante el día y caminar a la ciudad para la comida! El tiempo de invierno es hermoso con la nieve contra las orillas del río y la abundante vida silvestre. Casa diseñada para la comodidad; Unidad de aire acondicionado / calefacción, cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos, extras como licuadora Vitamix y lavadora y secadora nuevas en la lavandería. Disfrute de películas en una gran pantalla de proyector en el tercer dormitorio grande.

La casa está decorada con toques sencillos y acogedores y tiene libros (niños y adultos), juegos, tarjetas y mantas para los momentos más acogedores. En el interior, tenemos una chimenea de leña y ofrecemos madera en la propiedad para que su invierno / otoño sea cálido, acogedor y conveniente.

El patio trasero es la verdadera joya! ¡Diviértase como el bádminton, la escalera de golf, la parrilla de piedra, la barbacoa, la hamaca y termine el día observando las estrellas desde el jacuzzi mientras escucha el río!

Deschutes Dreams es el lugar perfecto para aquellos que desean visitar todo lo que Central Oregon tiene para ofrecer. Estamos ubicados en gran proximidad al monte. Soltero, monte Hood, Sisters, Smith Rock y Downtown Bend.

Siempre estamos trabajando para mejorar la propiedad y la experiencia de nuestros huéspedes. Si regresa en un año, verá que su propiedad siempre será mejor de lo que era antes. En el último año, hemos agregado 6 árboles frutales nuevos, 10 arbustos o plantas con flores nuevas, grava nueva en el camino de entrada, el palacio de las aves de corral, muebles y accesorios renovados, y mucho más.

Gem on the river

So much cleverness and care glow in this gem of a house by the river. We particularly liked that it was a little quirky, not like many places we have stayed that looked as if they came out of a kit. Communication and logistics were effortless. We enjoyed all aspects. One small suggestion: lighting is needed in the livingroom. Thanks for a wonderful time.

River house

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. The home was beautiful, and having a hot tub and fire pit made for early summer nights with friends over was so amazing. We woke to deer in the morning crossing the river while we drank our coffee. We had our small dog with us, which was a total bonus. It was effortless to communicate with Crystal about anything we needed. We honestly did not need much. Everything was there for us! Super easy to get your groceries in town! Excellent location to do anything in Bend. Walking to the food trucks in the town takes 8 minutes. I hope to rent this property again❤️

Perfect Tumalo Location

Fabulous property perfectly nestled on a calm stretch of the Deschutes. Our kids could wade across the river and adventure along the banks. The property has been renovated and is clean and user friendly. Only comment is that there isn't the ability to open any windows or have a screen on the door in the master suite, making night time ventilation difficult.

Great Getaway!

Our group was made up of 3 adult couples and a dog and it was perfect! The yard was lovely and private. We floated the river and jumped out when we got to our house. We cooked most nights in the well equipped kitchen, but could also walk to food carts or the steak house. Would love to stay again in the perfect spot!

Great girls weekend

I rented this for a weekend getaway with the girls. There were 8 of us and we all slept comfortably. The river on the back property was perfect for our river float. This house is located in the perfect spot to hit up all the major breweries and experiences. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and responded very quickly. The only thing we were missing was a cabana boy to wait on us!

Peaceful river stay

We could only spend one night because we were driving back home, but it was nice to pick up delicious food from a food truck establishment just down the road and eat it outside on the back patio of the house soaking up the beautiful river view which is right in your backyard. The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

good times

We enjoyed our vacation at this property. Crystal is a very good host, more engaged while we were at the property than any other host we have experienced. The house was comfortable and the backyard beautiful. Location was great. The only two negatives would be 1) Cline Falls Road right across the river - and there's nothing that can be done about that of course - we did still enjoy the backyard, and 2) the bed and pillows in the master bedroom. My husband and I switched beds with one of our sons after the first night and slept on the king bed in the "movie room" bedroom. That bed is great!

Beautiful setting and great family place

We enjoyed our stay at this house that is set on the Deschutes River. It is like a one level cabin with an open concept kitchen and living area. We have family living in Bend, so we went back and forth between this house and our kids' house in Bend. As a result we didn't get to enjoy all of the amenities of this place. The river is beautiful, the hot tub is great, the media room was fun, and our grandkids enjoyed feeding the goats and chickens. Some of the beds were a little hard. Crystal was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Fantastic home for relaxing from all of your Bend adventures

Deschutes Dreams was exactly what our group (4 adults, 5 kids - 8 and under) was looking for in our first trip to Bend. It was close to our many adventures: Smith Rock State Park, Tumalo Falls, Downtown Bend, Moutain Biking at Phil's Trailhead. Being on the Deschutes river, it also offered adventure right outside the back door. Our kids were able to play in the river next to the house, and we were also able to do a tubing trip from Tumalo State Park to the house. The house was comfortable and offered everything we needed and more: home theater, hot tub, and games. Crystal is also an excellent host. She was quick to answer our questions leading up to our stay, and went above and beyond by finding a bike with training wheels for our youngest kids. We had a wonderful stay, and highly recommend Deschutes Dreams!

Can't wait to come back!

My family absolutely loved this property. Each evening we enjoyed the big backyard with a mini disc golf tournament and quick dip in the river. The owners are very accommodating and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

Great midweek vacation

This house has a lot to offer with multiple bedrooms, a large media center, and of course the awesome access to the river! Just minutes outside of Bend and down the street from the food carts at Tumalo, this was a perfect spot to stay while exploring. The owners are warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect spring break getaway!

The house was a great getaway for my two boys and I! Great access to Bend and the surrounding activities. The home was a welcoming comfy retreat after running most of the day. The hot tub and river were lovely and the media room was a hit for late night movies and shows. Tom and Crystal have done a spectacular job!

AMAZING!

Bend was the last stop on a 11 day road trip up the Oregon coast, through Portland, and ending in Bend. This was hands down the best place we stayed! After a mediocre stay at a hotel in Portland we walked into the house and were blown away by the beautiful Deschutes river in the backyard. We arrived on my boyfriends birthday and were greeted by Crystal and Tom who were kind enough to Gift us a growler of delicious beer, and some birthday s’mores :). We had some trouble with the hot tub the first night, which was not a huge deal as the place and views were amazing on there own. Crystal and Tom were so generous and offered us an extra day because of the inconvenience. That was completely not necessary but so gracious!! This is the perfect spot to stay in bend, only 10 minutes into downtown to visit the shops and breweries, but secluded enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of the river. There’s also a cute little spot called “the bite” down the street which has food trucks and an in door out door bar. Also, a local country store which fills up growlers of beer. We will definitely be back soon!
