Treetop view of a little bit of Heaven. Enjoy peace and serenity in your comfy Condo.
You will feel right at home in this Penthouse condo. Above the tree line, the views from
the large windows and deck show the spectacular beauty of the Deschutes National
Forest!. Hiking, biking, rafting, canoeing and kayaking only minutes away at dozens of
lakes and the Deschutes river. This is the closest lodging to Mt. Bachelor and its snow
parks The resort has two heated hot tubs, three heated swimming pools, a fitness
center, miniature golf, Frisbee golf course, and horseback riding all at your door. Widgi
Creek Golf Club is right next to the resort.

The condo has a full-size refrigerator, new 4 burner stove and oven and a lovely granite
island for your dining pleasure plus new comfy living room furniture. There is a king bed
in the bedroom, queen Murphy bed in the living room, 2 flat screen TVs, and a fully
equipped kitchen with everything you will need to prepare a meal. Sit out on the patio
table and enjoy a meal and the spectacular mountain view over the treetops. Don't want to cook? There is a restaurant and bar right on property with a full menu. Enjoy Happy

Wonderful stay at this condo. Bedroom and living room were spacious, kitchen had everything needed, balcony had a beautiful view, and the property was peaceful and well kept. Bed was comfortable and I appreciated the cubie area for putting my clothes. Close to downtown. Highly recommend.

Loved this condo! Condo was very comfortable and extremely clean plenty of room for two of us. Enjoyed sitting on patio among the tree tops. Hiking the river right out of our door everyday. Everything was perfect. Only complaint about the resort bar was not open we missed having a drink and snack after a day of hiking the store was never open either.

The condo was great. Great views from the balcony and direct access to the Deschutes River Trail. Though we didn't use them, the resort has lots of amenities onsite (pool, gym, tennis, frisbee golf, etc.).

Wonderful!

We have stayed at 7th Mtn many times and this unit was wonderful. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable and the layout worked well for my husband and I and our two teens. The deck views were refreshing and the quick walk to the pools, hot tubs, on site restaurant and ice skating rink was great. Hans was so helpful and he was quick to respond to any questions we had. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay

The place was really nice, and the resort was beautiful. The only problem we had was that a few the outlets in the bedroom were worn out, so they probably need replacing. Otherwise, we were very happy with are accommodations and the resort amenities.

Beautiful location

Seventh Mountain is an amazing resort set in the beautiful landscape around the Deschutes river. This condo was perfect for our needs. It has a few rough spots (lots of exposed cords, bed layout was not great in bedroom) but nothing that takes away from a wonderful experience. The owner was easy to reach when needed. The bed was very comfortable. The full kitchen was great. The view from the balcony is off the charts. I highly recommend.

Perfect retreat

I came with my husband and 3-year-old for a week of mountain biking, and Hans's apartment at Seventh Mountain was THE BEST jumping off point! We loved it so much. The unit was perfectly clean and comfortable, and the amenities at Seventh Mountain were incredible! We cooked almost all of our meals at home, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were there during a very hot week of temps in the upper 90s, and the A/C kept us comfortable. I also really appreciated that we could bring our dog.

Perfect place for a great getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Han’s property, we have new been to 7th mountain, we will surely stay there again. The condo was clean, plenty of space, nice little view of the river, easy walk to the pool. There was nothing I could think of that we needed, perfect place for us and the communication was great with Han’s We will be back

Wonderful stay for the weekend

My kids love the amenities at Seventh Mountain. Hot tub, pool, mini golf, bike skills area, horseshoes. and adventuring in nature around the grounds. We did some biking in the area as well and its perfectly situated for getting out on the trails quickly. Kitchen is well equipped. Towels provided for heading down to the pool. Only issue we ran into was the bedroom heating/cooling only put out hot air, even when on cooling. This was only an issue on the first night, otherwise the main room unit kept the unit comfortable.

Great stay needs more towels

Overall great vacation. Only complaint was the lack of towels. Only 3 pool towels and 4 shower towels for 4 people for a 4 night stay. With it being winter the towels never dried fully.

Relaxing Fun Bend Getaway

This was our first time staying at Seventh Mountain Resort and we absolutely loved it. What a beautiful, fun place. Location was perfect. 15 minutes outside of downtown Bend, but was a peaceful, out-of-the-city vibe. Beautiful view from deck of trees and a small lake. Condo was great for our family of four and everything we needed. We had two teens with us. Murphy bed worked great for one, and the other slept on the couch just fine, although I would bring extra sheets if we did it again. We did BBQ one night, and didn't realize we would need briquettes for community grill, but you are able to purchase those at main desk or little store. Just make sure you get there before store closes. So many things to do here and the place does not nickle and dime, which is a rare thing these days... everything is included. Great swimming pool/hot tub, mini golf, hiking to Dechutes, community fire pits, pickleball, tennis, and disk golf to name a few.

Extremely dirty

From the moment we walked in, it had a musty smell. We had to air it out. It was extremely hairy. I understand this is pet friendly. However there were human hairs, on the sheets, in between the sheets and the comforter, and more humab hair on the pillows. Dog hair was in many spots in the living area. My spouse and I were very grossed out with the living conditions

cozy, quiet, beautiful view

Hans' condo is exactly what we wanted, and was as shown online. the king size bed is comfortable, the AC works quite well, and the kitchen had everything we needed. also, coffee was in the cupboard. the resort had everything we needed to relax for a few days and wished we had more time to spend. there are lots of things to do in the area starting with a walk up the river to see the falls. I also recommend the river float from the Sunriver marina 6 miles downriver where they pick you up to take you back to your car. it is a lazy float though, so if you want rapids check out some of the offerings from the resort. Hans & I texted back and forth while we were there, he is responsive and will do his best to make sure you are taken care of. when we return, this will be our first place choice.

Great stay and a great value

Hans was a great host! This place had it all for my family. We loved the resort, especially the pool and the mini golf. We enjoyed using the kitchen for meals and hanging out in the room as a family. Everyone was very comfortable! It was a good price for a weekend in July. Thank you!

Another excellent stay!

Had a wonderful time! The whole resort was having trouble with the AC, but our condo managed to stay nice and cool the entire time. The owner offered to reimburse us for a fan, but luckily we didn't need to purchase one. Beautiful views and just a short drive from town/lakes/the river-- it's the perfect summer vacation destination 🙂

Affordable in Bend

Great amenities, good location for getting on some biking trails, and a peaceful nights sleep. What more do you need? There were some nesting cliff swallows in the hallway, stairwell that made a bit of a mess with their droppings. Didn't mind the birds, but would have been nice if the droppings were cleaned up.
