Main queen suite with a flat screen smart tv with cable and full bathroom with shower and tub combination.  A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar for three opens up to a warm and inviting living room with a large flat screen TV with cable, a fireplace and furnished with a new Ashley queen sofa sleeper with a 4.5 inch gel mattress (added August, 2025) and comfortable easy chair provides a clean and cozy gathering area to make plenty of great memories with your family and friends.  This condo is set up Airbnb style, however, its not a just a room to rent, it is the entire condo with access to the community pool, hot tub and playground.   EV Chargers are located behind the convention center in front of River Ridge One.
