We were able to access the property on the first try without having to contact the host (unusual in our experience)! Property was well furnished with supplies (for example: tissues, garbage bags, laundry detergent). Kitchen was very nice, Primary bed was very comfortable, loved the desk.

The property was priced right. The neighborhood felt safe and had many opportunities for walks. Yard worked as far as being fenced and providing an area for our dogs to go out.

Very clean and secure home, parking and yard (fenced). Nice living area (open to kitchen area) with gas fireplace and large TV. Couch and chair a little tired but still comfortable with pillows. If we could have gotten the lights to work in the second bedroom would be close to highest rating. Would stay again. Good location for south end of town; not far from Lost Tracks golf course. Very close to the Country Club.

Bend is a very nice area, it was close to everything we needed to do. The home was perfect for me and two other friends. The property was very clean and the check-in process was very simple. The checkout process was also very simple there was not a lot to do to leave.

Over all very comfortable and close to parks. Road behind house sometimes loud. Bedding good and nicely decorated but if you are inclined to cook while staying in a VRBO, suggest you bring your own frying pan and stock pot (old scratched up non-stick or lacking entirely). Good knives and great kid set though! Home exterior and back yard a little rough around the edges.

This worked perfect for what we needed. Centrally located so we could get to all of the venues we needed to easily. The ping pong table helped give my 6 year old grandson something to do when we were at the house. The fans and extra mobile air conditioner cooled off the house perfectly. Quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, and accommodating hosts!

Perfect Little Getaway

We are a married couple with 2 adult children. The house gave each of the kids their own room which were nicely sized. The master with attached bath worked great and we appreciated the extra pillows. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies to make quick meals. There were plenty of towels for everyone.

In town for a wedding. Clean, cute decor, well appointed, plenty of parking. Comfortable beds. I would add sending out the check in information sooner than 24 hours as some people are already traveling. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Family friendly property close to downtown!

This property is a great place to stay if you're looking to enjoy all that Bend has to offer in a clean, cozy setting. We were minutes from restaurants, parks, and downtown, which was so convenient, especially since we had our 11 month old with us. The house was extremely clean and functional, had everything you'd need for a baby or small children (including toys!), and the beds were really comfortable. We'd definitely stay again!
