Staying here gives you the chance to enjoy a location that feels like an oasis and yet is just a short bike ride or 5 minute drive from places to eat and drink - including Lone Pine Coffee, On Tap for beer and food carts, 10 Barrel, plus the new Hablo Tacos.

3 BEDROOMS
The whole family or group will be able to spread out and get some privacy thanks to the three spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed with a luxurious Helix mattress and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom is outfitted with two double beds. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and each room is decorated with nature-inspired artwork.

2 BATHROOMS
The house boasts two full bathrooms. The first bathroom is a private ensuite to the first bedroom and features dual sinks and a luxe walk-in shower. The second bathroom is located off the main living area and has a shower and tub combo. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essentials like hair dryers, shampoo, soap, and conditioner for your convenience.

KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
The open layout of the kitchen and living room makes it easy to converse no matter which room you’re in. The kitchen is sure to please the chef of your group and features modern amenities like stainless appliances, sleek granite countertops, and all the basic cooking tools and utensils you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. Of course, if you don’t feel like cooking you can always order in or check out some of Bend’s best restaurants (many of which are located nearby).

The dining room is located in a sunny nook just past the kitchen and has seating for four. There is also a breakfast bar in the kitchen with seating for four.

The cozy living room features an extremely comfortable couch (which can also be used as an additional sleeping area for additional guests), two plush chairs, electric fireplace and a 50” flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Feel free to peruse our collection of board games if you feel like having a family game night! There is also a work desk in this area for anyone who has to get some work done during their stay.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Bend is known for its wide variety of epic outdoor adventures, including endless hiking trails, beautiful lakes, mountain biking, and powdery ski slopes.

But enjoying the great outdoors can be as easy as stepping out onto the back patio! This private area features a charming garden with a seating area, large trees, and a pergola with an outdoor dining area, a fire pit, and a gas grill.

If you do feel like getting out and exploring all of the great outdoor adventures that Bend has to offer, you’re just a short drive from all the action. Explore Mt. Bachelor or Deschutes, pop Downtown (just 8 minutes away), or check out local breweries!

You’ll need to drive to Bend. It’s easily accessed from the freeway via Butler Market.

Once you get to the house, you’ll find plenty of parking space for vehicles of all sizes.

And it’s all just an 8 min drive to downtown Bend and only 7 minutes to the nearest grocery store, Natural Grocers or Whole Foods.

Mt. Bachelor is just a 30-35 minute drive from Bend.

Also, Bend has Uber and is a great town to bring your bikes.

As the house is located in a residential neighborhood, all guests are politely asked to be respectful and to follow the Bend good neighbor guidelines, with quiet hours starting from 10pm.

To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy, both inside and outside our home. We want everyone to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings!

If evidence of smoking is found, a cleaning fee of $500 will be charged. This helps us keep the space enjoyable for everyone. Thank you for respecting our home and helping us maintain a healthy and smoke-free environment!

We love having pets stay and want to keep our home a relaxing retreat for everyone! Please pick up after your pet so we can all enjoy the beautiful space. A $50 fee will apply if we need to handle any pet cleanup.

Although we clean thoroughly between stays, those occasional rogue hairs may still pop up. Thank you for your help in keeping our home pet-friendly and comfortable for all!
