Steps to the SHARC, walk to the Village/Ft Rock, 3 BDR Suites/Hot Tub/Central AC

Walking distance to the Village and steps from the SHARC. Bicycles and 8 SHARC passes included. Or stay in and enjoy the hot tub, foosball and ping pong tables while barbecuing on the deck with your family and friends.

Three spacious master suites with an additional half bath. One king bed suite upstairs, and another queen bed suite downstairs. The third bedroom suite located downstairs has a twin/full bunk bed with another Queen bed creating generous space for a total of eight guests.

Hop on one of the bikes and enjoy over 40 miles of paved Sunriver trails.
In unit washer and dryer. New Central AC installed April 2022.

Well-appointed house and very comfortable. Everything worked (BBQ, appliances, hot water, etc.)House had everything we needed for an easy, comfortable stay. Owners are super nice. Ask about DVD player if that’s important to you. Really convenient to the village. Bikes were in good shape although not all have gears.

Our family enjoyed our stay! House was perfectly for our family of 5. We all enjoyed our own spaces and the community areas were great with different amenities. Well stocked kitchen and we enjoyed the sectional couch to watch movies. Hot tub was clean and the perfect temp!

This house was perfect for our family with spacious living area, fireplace, hot tub, ping pong, foosball, and bikes to use. Great location close to Sunriver Village. We did not get to use the SHARC passes as we were skiing at Mt Bachelor each day, but the pool looked great. The house was very well equipped with kitchen equipment. Chris and Angie were very responsive to all of our questions. I highly recommend this house!

Very cozy home! Clean and comfortable and found everything we needed and conveniently located except a fireplace poker. Not sure if one exists or it was hiding! Wonderful Christmas! They even went above and beyond and provided us a tree! Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this house!The interior was beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home including a well stocked kitchen. The large second story deck provided a great gathering spot to relax and play games. At night, we wound down in the cozy living room with multiple big windows or in the hot tub. What really sets this house apart, though, were the amenities! We loved having walking access to the pool, with the water slides being a big hit—especially with the kids. The nearby river access allowed for daily floats and for something more active, we really enjoyed the disc golf course, the biking trails and the close proximity to Fort Rock. We could also bike or walk to the Village. Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone looking for a fun and restful escape!

We were a party of six sharing the house, with the living being the center of the family gathering when indoors. However, the living couch, which was large enough to seat four, was broken. Furthermore, the manager (& owner) were aware of that prior to our stay.Considering what we were charged for the rental, that was completely unacceptable.

Great Stay in Sunriver

We just spent 6 nights in Sunriver and had a blast. The location of this home was amazing, especially for those who plan to bike and visit the Village or SHARC. It’s a quick and easy ride to either location. We spend a week in Sunriver every summer and all of us agreed that the location of this home has been the best. The house was perfect for 2 families and each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was very nice. There is a small powder room of the main living as well. The house was stocked with everything we needed, including pots/pans, utensils, coffee pot, and more. We missed having BBQ utensils, but we made do with what the house had. Having plastic cups and Tupperware is a big plus when traveling with kids, and this home had it all. The couple who stayed in the downstairs queen did mention that the mattress is rather firm. Having an optional topper would be a great touch, along with a few extra throw blankets. The check in/out process is a breeze and owners were very responsive. I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Sunriver.

Wonderful stay for a ski trip to Bachelor

Loved our stay at Chris and Angie’s home in Sunriver. The layout was perfect for our group of two couples and two older teenagers. Loved that everyone had their own bathrooms! The location is perfect — lovely walk to the Village and literally right across from the SHARC. The kitchen has everything you could need and the dining room and little breakfast bar worked out great for family meals. Couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here and will definitely try to stay again next year. Cheers!

Great property!

The house was perfect for our three small boys as well as grandparents. We loved how close it was to the SHARC and village for the younger family members, and that we could take bike rides and explore. The house came with everything we could need for a comfortable stay and easy directions to follow for checking in and out. We’d love to stay here again in the future!
