The home is one of the best of Wild Rapids at Mt Bachelor Village! This fabulous, bright and spacious River Wild home is just calling your name! This three story, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, home has a corner for everyone; you will not want to leave once you have arrived. The main level has an open great room decorated in contemporary furnishings complete with a cozy fireplace. Your guests will appreciate the 3 king bedrooms, affording your visitors comfort, luxury and privacy. You will be at complete peace lounging in this forested area on your expansive wrap around deck or soaking in the community hot tub and pool within walking distance. Everyone will enjoy the large bonus area downstairs with its media room and 4th bedroom with its two queen beds. This is a great spot to send the children if the adults are craving a little quiet. With A/C and close proximity to the Deschutes River Trail, this home is the total package. Whether you are looking for togetherness or a quiet retreat, this house fits the bill.

Located in Bend's finest destination resort, Mt. Bachelor Village. You will be able to enjoy amenities such as pool, hot tub, the Deschutes River Trail & tennis. *The is no street parking in the River Wild Neighborhood. However, this home has room for one car in the garage, one car in the driveway and there is nearby guest parking by the swimming pool

* The Community pool and hot tub will be closed beginning April 19, 2024 - Memorial Day Weekend 2024. The HOA is completing renovations and the goal is to be completed BY Memorial Day weekend. However, unforeseen challenges may arise during the process, which could affect the timeline.

The house is nicely appointed, but we did recommend some fixes. The surrounding deck is nice. The house is in Mt. Bachelor Village, in the River Wild section of homes. It's a great location- easy to get downtown or up to the mountains and lakes. It is a quick walk from this house to the river, which has a great walking path. The pool is conveniently located nearby and features a hot tub, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Relaxing Family Trip

This house was perfect for our family. It was clean and in good order. The house feels so remote but is really close to amenities in town. Lots of beds and private bedrooms. We met a few local neighbors who were very friendly and gave us some walking trail tips. The pool was very close and easily accessible. The pool and hot tub was never busy and had plenty of chairs. We saw lots of deer and spent a lot of time on the large porch. We had a three month old baby with us and the house had a pack and play which was great. There’s a large table for playing games in the kitchen and the island was a nice place for folks to hang out while making a dinner. The property team checked in a few times after arrival to make sure the house was working well for us too. I would recommend to families and large groups and we would stay here again!

Beautiful home in a perfect location

We picked this home for a bachelor party in Bend. The home had plenty of space and amenities to accommodate everyone. It's only 20 minutes from snowboarding/skiing and 20 minutes from everything you would want out of Bend (breweries, trailheads etc.) The owner checked in with us as soon as we arrived and the check in/out process was smooth and seamless. I would be prepared to have very limited parking, though. Small driveway and very little to no guest parking in this neighborhood.

Well equiped, clean, accurate description. Great location for Mt. Bachelor, Deschutes River walk trail and downtown Bend restaurants and breweries. House was clean and well equiped with plenty of room for our larger family and friends ski group.

Warm and Cozy Vibe

The house was exactly as advertised. Nice neighborhood. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Downstairs TV room offered a warm and cozy hang out room.

Snowy getaway

The house was lovely - spacious and cozy - for our winter holiday in Bend. A great place to stay with a group of friends or family. The location was conveniently located enroute to the ski slopes at Bachelor and close to hiking/snowshoeing trails for the non-skiers - and right across the street from the community pool and hot tub. We would definitely consider renting this house again next time we’re in Bend.

Perfectly Family and Friend Getaway!

This was our third time renting this property. Very nice home. Well appointed. Just needs an ice cream scooper. We enjoyed the nearby river walk and skiing on Mt Bachelor this year. It snowed during our entire time. We loved it!

Another great stay in this terrific place!

I have stayed here multiple times and will do so again in the future. Spacious, very quiet, a great kitchen, and a great location to head up to the mountain or do activities in the Bend area.

My Favorite Place to Stay

I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this property is by far my favorite. Great location! Quiet area, wonderful trails along the river, across from the pool and a short drive to great restaurants, the Mill Dill District and several beautiful parks. We had 4 couples plus two babies staying at the house. The layout was perfect for both gathering and finding some quiet time. The wrap around porch/deck added another space to eat, visit or play. The house was very clean, everything was in working order, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals together. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious enough for each couple. I cannot say enough about how great our stay was at this house.

Big Canyon

The house was exactly as described- very clean, organized, and well stocked. Comfortable layout, comfy beds. Easy drive from this property to Mt Bachelor- straight shot. The folks at Arrived were super helpful. Helped us change to a smaller house at the end of our stay when 2 of us needed to extend our time in Bend. Beautiful country out here!

Big Canyon

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location and we absolutely love it. It’s close to hiking trails and it’s a stones throw away from the pool. I will be back next summer. My one complaint is with VRBO, I was charged the cost of two nights in fees. I understand paying for cleaning, but all the other fees are ridiculous. I doubt I will use VRBO again because this particular listing has an alternative way of booking.
