  • LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! You will love the location of this single level pet friendly home. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, just a short walk from the Village with easy access to the grocery store, restaurants and bike paths. Open floor plan and a vaulted great room with wood burning fireplace. Spacious outdoor area with Hot Tub, picnic table and BBQ to enjoy family gatherings.
    With 2 bedrooms on either end of the house and the living space in the middle - it's great for multiple families.

    Comes with 8 free unlimited access SHARC passes - you'll save $25 per person, per visit.

    Bikes: There are 6 bikes at this home (5 adult/1 child). However, we do recommend bringing your own bikes whenever possible as bikes are not guaranteed, subject to change w/out notice and subject to downtime. Should you arrive and a bike is in need of repair, please notify the management office and every attempt will be made to have it repaired.

Our get away trip

Property was well maintained. It's close to the Sunriver Village which gave us something to do when we weren't in the house. We did a lot of cooking, so finding out that it was well stocked with cooking utensils and kitchen ware was a plus. Would stay at this the property again.

Will Stay Again

Exactly what is described. We loved the location, which was walking distance to the coffee shops and stores. Our kids loved the bunk beds and communication was great when we needed help with the thermostat! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area!

Grandparents Gathering

We had a wonderful time in the cabin. The photos don’t do it it Justice- it is lovely inside and out. Perfect for our group of two grandparents, two parents and three kids. We loved the cruiser bikes and proximity to the village and SHARC. And even without AC it stayed cool all day with fans. We would happily stay again!

Sunriver

Our daughter and her family live in Bend and our son and his wife in Grants Pass, OR. We had a very nice time with them at the rental. The location is great and the house met all of our expectations. Leo was outstanding to work with.

Comfortable Home in Great Location

Leo’s home is only a few minute walk from The Village, and is convenient to everything in Sunriver. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook a meal and entertain. The house was clean, with plenty of towels. The rental also comes with free SHARC passes, which we enjoyed. The home is located on a quiet street and the back deck with a hot tub is totally private. Great find at a fair price!

Old & Outdated

The home was dirty and mostly outdated. Outlets were so worn out phone chargers etc would fall right out of the wall. Cob webs in the corners of the ceilings. The fire place ash bucket was full, and the hot tub is falling thru the deck. The setting benches out front have 2x4's screwed to the top on them to prevent sitting on them. Was very disappointed in this rental.

Good Location but needs work

Received a second email with updated house entry codes. Created confusion when we got to the house and delayed getting into the house. Multiple emails with differing check-in and check-out times. One of the recliners in the house was damaged and not comfortable to sit in. Only mentioning because limited seating. The snow had not really been cleared off the back deck and had to walk over the ice and snow to access hot tub. The beds were very uncomfortable and sunk towards the middle, tried multiple beds but didn’t sleep well. Checked under beds when leaving to make sure we got everything, and there was a lot of previous trash and junk under beds. There were no tongs in the kitchen The house was in a great location and has a nice layout, but furniture and up keep not hitting the mark. We have rented in Sun River before and will continue, but might keep looking for properties.

Home away from home

We had a wonderful time at Leo’s place. It has perfect location for exploring the town, nice layout for family gathering, and super thoughtful details and amenities to make us feel at home. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking necessities, there’re toys and board games for passing time, and also access cards for the local SHARC facility. We highly recommend it! Thank you, Leo!

Wedding at Sunriver

Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and nicely laid out to accommodate adults. We didn’t use the hot tub but it was there and looked very clean. Property is near the village, just a short walk. We would stay here again.

My big family of 4 adults and 4 kids really enjoyed our stay in the Sunriver house. The house was well equipped, spacious. Kids loved the hot tub and adults enjoyed the fireplace. Thank you !

Great location, lots of pluses but a few dissapointments

We had a great time. The positive: great location, well stocked kitchen, good house layout, private back deck, and large hot tub, SHARC passes, comfy living room furniture, and nothing too precious to worry about with kids. The drawbacks: beds are old and uncomfortable, screen door was dysfunctional, outdoor table literally falling apart, if there’s AC- doesn’t work, generally dated but fine. The grill was left filthy and caught fire the first night. Leo responded quickly and cleaners offered to come right over, but at that point the grease was burning off. Overall, there was more to like than dislike. Good layout for two families can’t beat the location if you want to go to the SHARC and village. For value and whatnot, I’d recommend.
