This 2 bedroom home invites you in with cozy furnishings, lofty ceilings of natural wood beams and large windows that frame the deck and the surrounding forest. The living room, warmed by the gas fireplace, has a flatscreen TV and a sofa where you can put your feet up after a day of hiking, biking, fishing, or skiing. Just around the corner in the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meal, a peninsula breakfast bar for two, and an adjacent dining space with a table for four.

On this level you'll also find one of two queen bedrooms and a full guest bathroom with shower and tub, plus the laundry room.

Head upstairs to find a cozy loft with a pull-out sofa, portable AC unit, TV and DVD player for viewing your favorite movie. A queen bedroom with private attached bathroom with gorgeous tiled shower completes this level.

Come summertime, you can open the doors to the deck, get the gas grill going for an afternoon barbecue, and find a seat in the shade of the trees. Additional amenities include free WiFi, so you can easily look up a new trail or keep your eye on the snow report.

Dogs allowed, 2 max. Fees apply.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Cozy property and adequate for my husband and I for a long weekend. Clean, good location. Home equipped with all the basics. No A/C, and no hot tub. However, pet friendly and met all the needs for a short Sunriver visit.

The space/ place was better than expected and nice location. It was very warm when we first got there but opening all the windows at night and keeping the blinds closed helped during the days of our stay. We used the 2 bikes extensively.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

This house is the perfect size for 2 couples in a quiet area of Sunriver. Easy to get around lots of bike and walking paths to take advantage of. Bend is only 15 minutes away and mt Bachelor is an easy drive.

Vacation in Sunriver

The house is in a great location. It is close to the bike trails, the North Store, and the Cottonwood Dog Park. The house was clean and well-equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood. Bennington Properties are super responsive to any inquiries or needs. There was a problem with one of the bikes, and a new cruiser was delivered within an hour. There is also reimbursement up to $250 in the summer for qualifying summer activities. The process was smooth and quick. I would happily stay here again and or rent from another Bennington Properties.

Fabulous Home, Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Well-stocked for cooking, beautiful updated primary bathroom, private deck, great location, comfortable furniture, huge garage and close to the grocery store. We stayed cool with the fans despite it being 95 degrees. Bennington Properties was always available if we had questions about the home or activities in Sunriver. We had such a great time!

Nice house in great location

Property is well maintained and well stocked. It was great to have bikes at the property but it would have been nice to have a bike lock to ensure the bikes were secure. Great property though, would stay again.

Great House

I stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. Perfect size house for my fiancé and I and our pup. I’ve never stayed on that end of the sunriver resort but we were still able to enjoy a long bike ride on the bike paths. Great house, I’d stay there again. Thanks!

Clean and functional!

Loved the neighborhood and extreme cleanliness of the house. We were welcomed with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, fully stocked house with conveniences. The two beds were comfy, had nice linens and pillows. It was a great spot for the dogs and our 2 year old.

A Wonderful Escape

Well kept and nicely appointed, this was everything we hope for in our annual escape from Portland to avoid fireworks with our dogs. Convenient to Sunriver's amenities, not far from Bend, and a very pleasant place to spend time. Everything was as in the listing. As with most places in Sunriver, there's no A/C (accurate in the listing), so don't wait too long after the 5:00 check in so you can open windows in time to cool off the house before bed. The property managers were very responsive and brought us an extra fan first thing the next day, as there were apparently supposed to be two but only one was present. While the check in is a little late and the check out a little early in summer, it's about the simplest check out list I've seen at a rental, which makes things easier. We were very happy with the overall experience and have half a mind to book now for next year.

July getaway

House was nice. Kitchen is a little small, but has what you need. Nice pots/pans and knives to cook with. Upstairs bath and bedroom were beautiful. Lower floor bath needs some updates. The faucet from the 70's was a pain. Back deck was nice and private. Front yard was overgrown. Needs some attention. Overall, we would book it again. Cheers!

Get away with babies

This house was great for two couples with one year olds. The house was baby friendly and the close access to bike paths and trails was great for stroller walks and short hikes. Lots of amenities in the kitchen, including sippy cups! Only thing that was missing was the high chair and packnplay that the property manager told us would be there. Not a big issue as we had brought our own.

Spring break retreat in the woods

We loved our stay in Sunriver hosted by Bennington Properties! The house exceeded our expectations. The bath towels and bed linens were super soft. The beds are very comfortable, the living room was so cozy with the heat of the fire and views of nature surrounding us. The kitchen is well stocked, the washer and dryer made light work of wet ski gear. We made use of the two adult cruiser bikes provided in the attached garage. The neighborhood is quiet but also only a convent 10 minute walk to the market. We will absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend to friends when they visit Sunriver.
