With a private hot tub, SHARC access, and a peaceful location, this lovely chalet offers a great home base for your skiing adventures.

You're only a half-mile walk from the Deschutes River, along attractive bike and walking paths. The few restaurants and shops in Sunriver, as well as SHARC (the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center) are within two miles. Skiers can travel 21 miles to Mt. Bachelor Ski Area for some of the region's best skiing.

With high ceilings and enormous windows, the common areas are sophisticated and welcoming. A wood-burning fireplace in the corner of the living room warms the air on chilly evenings while you select something from the DVD and VHS library to watch on the all new smart TVs. Each have Roku with guest mode to safely access streaming apps. Stay connected by logging onto the WiFi to surf the web or check weather reports for the next day.

The well-stocked kitchen is ready to be put to use, featuring all new appliances. Brew some coffee to get you going, then use the mixer to make something a bit complicated. When you're done, whisk the dishes into the dishwasher and enjoy your meal at the lovely wooden dining table or the breakfast bar. If you're in the mood for barbecue, use the gas grill on the deck and eat outside in the fresh air.

Take yourself off the grid and spend long afternoons in board game tournaments or reading books from the shelf. At night, soak away any ski-related aches in the hot tub and watch the stars come out. The house also provides a Ping-Pong table and bikes for the whole family to ride.

Three bedrooms have room for eight lucky guests total. Two of the bedrooms have king beds, with the one on the upper floor having access to its own balcony. The kids' room has two twin-over-double bunk beds. For a small nightly fee, dogs can join in the fun.

With two bathrooms, it's easy to get in a shower. There's also a washer and dryer, so active groups can always have a supply of clean clothes.

Families with kids will appreciate the versatility of this rental. Take the kids for a ski lesson at Mt. Bachelor, enjoy the waterslides at SHARC, or go flyfishing in a nearby stream.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
