Natural light fills the living area as you enter this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. By day, enjoy a book out on the lower deck which is accessible right from the living room. By night, cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace for a movie night. Just a few steps to the upper floor, an updated kitchen awaits, featuring stainless steel appliances and new countertops. The large banquet-style dining table is perfect for family dinner and post-dinner games. The home is stocked with a deck of cards, board games, and puzzles. Just off of the kitchen and dining area is the Ensuite Bedroom which features a smart TV and beautiful attached bathroom with modern updates and furnishings.

Head downstairs to find a King bedroom, full bathroom, and bunk room. The kids are sure to love the bunk room, which is equipped with two twin bunk beds (4 twins total), a large TV and a sectional, perfect for movie watching!

Enjoy a nice soak in the hot tub, which is accessible through the bunk room, head out on one of the 4 adult bikes to explore Sunriver, or enjoy a BBQ on the upper deck. The upper deck even attaches to the lower deck so there's plenty of room for the whole family. An electric car charging port has been added to the garage, just bring your own mobile charger and juice it up from the driveway. Guests are also provided with fast, reliable Wi-Fi with the in-home fiber optic installation.

This home welcomes pets, dogs only. Fees apply.

Excellent home, excellently location

Everything was exactly how it showed in the losting. The location of the house is perfect for easy biking to anywhere in Sunriver. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice house for a getaway in Sunriver.

Gorgeous and Great location

It was beautiful and beautifully decorated. Plenty of bikes and helmets, kitchen well stocked and bright and airy everywhere. Location was perfect for our family close enough for short bike rides but far enough it still felt like a nice nature ride. fixes for future: Huge window in primary bedroom with no way to cover for light, led to extremely bright all night and day due to the moon and just general light. it would have been perfect if we had a way to cover it, but it meant my daughter and wife had to sleep downstairs to ensure the baby slept. Hot tub was ice cold first night but started working by the next day. I also had trouble with the password on the primary suite TV which made it unusable for the first day as well, but I was able to get the code the next day form Bennington. bunk bed room we didn't use smelt a little musty? Other than those things it was honestly perfect. huge decks, comfy seating, well stocked with puzzles and games, beautifully remodeled primary bathroom. if they added a window covering to the primary suite window we would stay here again in a heart beat! which is a first for us in Sunriver so I hope they do!

The house met our every need! The only thing we didn’t have enough firewood (there was enough for 1 fire) and had a hard time finding some. Next time we’ll bring some from home.

Will stay again!

House was the perfect size for five adults. Well laid out, great spaces for gathering. We got some unexpected snow and enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace! Kitchen was well appointed and we had plenty of towels and extra bedding. Loved the smart TVs to log into our own accounts and watch TV in the evening. Easy walk to Sunriver Village, Starbucks, etc.

Top Notch!

Have stayed several times in SunRiver and this was the first with Bennington. By far this was the cleanest, well maintained property. The staff were so kind and respectful. Helpful in every way. Our vacation was that much more enjoyable knowing that if anything should arise and or we had any questions, they’d be there to help at any point in the day! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Gorgeous!

I had the most amazing vacation stay ever! This cabin was beautiful in every way. Everything you need is supplied, beds are comfortable, decor is stunning. House is fully remodeled. Master bath was a haven. Will return for sure!!
