Aspen Ridge is a tranquil 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by Ponderosa Pines, just 2.5 miles from The Old Mill. With close neighborhood access to the Deschutes River Trail, and recent updates, Aspen Ridge is the perfect Bend retreat. This lovely home has a fully stocked kitchen, luxury linens, high quality mattresses, and offers a garage for your convenience **owner has 1 car in garage parking space**.. The outdoor space at Aspen Ridge is private with a fully fenced back yard, comfortable patio furniture and gas BBQ. You'll find all of the details you will need for the perfect family vacation in Bend. Bring your food and personal belongings and we will provide the rest. Relax amongst the trees, bike to the Old Mill District, float the river, tour the Breweries and Downtown Bend.

House includes Central AC for your comfort during warmer weather.

The house was awesome! We had such a pleasant time at this house in this beautiful neighborhood. There’s a playground that we took our 2 year old son to and he loved it. The backyard was so nice- I think everyone enjoyed coffee in the morning out there and a beer in the evening out there. My son loved playing in the backyard. The house was so clean and easy to maneuver. The hosts were helpful and communicative (not that we needed anything). I will absolutely stay at this house again! So convenient to our family who live in the same neighborhood but also so easy to get into town and to the river!

Great Family Home

Great house in a nice neighborhood walking distance to the Deschutes River walking trails. Very nicely decorated and nice artwork on the walls throughout the house, Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the island with the stools. Great gathering place with the open floor plan, Only negative is that there were not enough towels provided in the bathrooms, All in all its a lovely home and we would stay there again,

We were visiting a family close by but their home was full. This house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The things that matter to me like good knives and coffee and coffee maker. The beds were quite comfortable. Very convenient stay for us.

Clean, modern, fully equipped. Everything worked. Well supplied with paper products, propane, cleaning needs. Excellent washer/dryer, dishwasher. Quiet, safe neighborhood. I met a few of the neighbors & they were very friendly and enjoyed having the vacation rental in the area. They said that they had never had a noise problem or disturbance. We were very favorably impressed.

The house was perfect for our stay in Bend. The house was spacious and clean, the furniture was very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed, including basic pantry items. Highly recommend!
