Northwest Luxury with Access to Exclusive Golf

Located in Sunriver Resort’s newest community, Caldera Springs, 56671 Sunstone Loop is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This 5,041 sq. ft. home has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, making it enjoyable for up to 12 guests.

Inside this luxurious, new construction home, you will find a spacious kitchen, living and dining areas with wood flooring, vaulted ceilings, timber trusses and a beautiful stone fireplace. Additional features of this home include:

• A spacious gourmet kitchen with a large island, granite counter tops, with chef inspired stainless steel appliances, three ovens and a bar area featuring a wet sink and coffee station
• Dining room table that accommodates 10 with additional seating at kitchen bar
• Living room with ample seating, TV and beautiful fireplace for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient
• Master bedroom featuring a stone fireplace, king bed, TV, walk-in closet, lavish bathroom and private access to the hot tub
• Two additional king suites downstairs with TV's and attached bathrooms featuring beautiful tile showers
• Queen suite upstairs with TV and full bathroom
• Upstairs bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds and one pyramid bunk bed (twin over full) is attached to game room which features comfortable seating, large flat screen, pool table, and full bathroom
• Ping pong table and flat screen TV located in the garage with up to four cars able to park in driveway
• Please, no pets allowed
• Security camera at entrance. Audio recording is deactivated. Camera will take short video clips.

**This property provides 6 Guest ID cards for access to the Caldera Springs amenities**
Each card permits entry for 2 guests (children 5 and under excluded from the guest count.)
Missing cards result in $100 fee each upon check-out.

Beautiful Caldera Retreat!!

This home was very well stocked and very clean. Makes perfect when a few familys stay together. The home also is well set up foe teenagers with the play room upstairs. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful new home

Beautiful well appointed home in Calderas Springs. Three king bedrooms downstairs with en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms on the upper floor. One with a en-suite bathroom the other was a bunk bed room with a full bathroom down the hall. Upper floor has a nice pool table and family room space. The house is very well stocked and spacious. Our family really enjoyed our stay. We had a couple items to note. The house has a nice ping pong table in the garage, but please note the house does not come with bikes. We had to rent for the week and it can be expensive. The outside patio has a dining table and some wickerish chairs, but no nice lounging furniture. The other item to note which we were very unhappy with is that we were informed by property management that our rental would not be available until 6pm the day of our check in and check out is by 10am. This of course means you pay for a day that you don’t get to use the house. It’s very disappointing that rental companies are moving in this direction. Regardless of that, the house is beautiful and we had a wonderful week in Calderas Springs.
