Family Escape with Access to Forest House

In the heart of Sunriver Resort’s newest community Caldera Springs, 56658 Sunstone Loop is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This large 3,450 sq. ft. home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, making it enjoyable for up to 12 guests.

Inside this luxurious home, you will find spacious kitchen, living and dining rooms with vaulted ceilings, beautiful wood paneling and hardwood floors. Additional features of this beautiful home include:

• Expansive back patio views with hot tub, built in barbecue and furniture
• Large gourmet kitchen boasting granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, six gas burner cook top, wine cooler and TV
• Grand dining room table with seating for ten and additional seating found at kitchen island bar
• Living room featuring ample seating, TV, dvd player, and gas fireplace for the perfect combination of cozy and convenient
• Downstairs master bedroom with a king bed, TV, fireplace, and lavish bathroom that features a 3 headed shower
• Additional downstairs suite with king bed, TV and attached bathroom
• Two upstairs bedrooms with a TV that share a bathroom, one features a queen, the other two queen beds
• Spacious bonus room complete with comfortable seating, table, TV and two built in bunk beds
• Foosball table located in two car garage with up to four cars able to park in driveway

Great Gathering Space

The clean home and room arrangements worked well for the party of 12 (four couples, each with 1 kid). Sunriver never a answered an email question I sent a few days before arrival asking which pool facilities we could access during our stay, but when we asked the concierge at The Lake House the service there was awesome.

Wonderful family 50th Anniversary Celebration

Loved the layout of the home with outdoor seating area, dining room table for 10 with bar seating. The upstairs bunk room was a hit with the 4 grandchildren. Garbage can was full when we arrived and was not emptied when we saw garbage truck in the neighborhood. Was not really a problem as we kept recycles separately and took those to Sunriver recycle center when we left. Overall a great experience for our 50th!

Fabulous Family Home

This Home was a JOY to stay in! All the amenities; including surround sound music throughout the whole home and outside, plenty of of kitchen utensils and cooking supplies, an awesome game room for kids, and a seriously GREAT home layout for families. We had such a wonderful time and hope to plan another trip to this rental again.

Beautiful Home...kitchen not well stocked...come prepared!

While the home is BEAUTIFUL and very spacious... the kitchen was not well stocked with supplies. There were plenty of pots/pans, only 2 cutting boards and food storage items were slim to none... there was only a little bit of foil, which we used up and only ONE food storage container with a lid....there was ZERO plastic wrap, NO Ziplocs, etc which is CRAZY considering the size of the kitchen! Also, there were several bikes in the garage, which were locked up and inaccessible to us...the listing didn't mention bikes so we weren't really expecting them, but it would have been nice if they were just out of sight, so out of mind. Also, the TVs were a bit of a challenge...the instructional sheet was very confusing as it spoke of an "Activities" button on the remote, which did not exist... minor, but important, details. :)
