With a hot tub capacity of six and 3 flat-screen TVs, this home provides many options for relaxation. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms and the main living areas are all located on one level, providing convenience for all ages. It also features over 2700 square feet, a large bonus room, one bathroom, and one bedroom on the upper level. Expansive southern views highlight the forest and gorgeous Paulina Range.

Christmas with family

The house was great! Spacious, clean, plenty of parking, etc. The Tetherow employees were great to work with as well.

Resort staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We had an internet problem but they worked hard to solve it and they did. Location in Bend is excellent for skiing at Mt Bachelor. House was a great bet for a family - 4 kids, grandparents and parents with one bedroom with bunks in a separate area with its own living room. House is in excellent shape and was very clean. Would happily stay again for a ski trip next year.

Gem in Bend

We were visiting our children that live in Bend and Portland and wanted a place for everyone to spend time together. Tetherow proved to be the perfect place for our family gathering. The convenience of the pool, golf course and restaurant were a bonus to the beautiful and spacious house. We will be back.

Family gathering

Our stay was EXCELLENT!!! More than what I expected. Beautiful home, view and neighborhood. All of our family and friends enjoyed our stay and spending time together and enjoying the amenities available. Also I was excited to be able to bring my little fur baby. I will definitely stay here again.

Great family reunion meetup

We stayed with 9 adults for 5 days. The place was in a great location only a short distance from parks, hiking, food and shopping. The property had great amenities including a pool, small playground for the younger ones as well as a few restaurant options. The house was well stocked, but be aware if you plan on cooking for a large crowd things like cookie sheets or casserole dishes are limited to basically 1. Plenty of utensils and cups, plates though. The only thing I would have changed would have been to have ceiling fans. The air is controlled to go no lower than 68, which sounds cold. But, surprisingly was not cool at all for me. I assume it is due to poor air circulation? You can open the windows, but not during the day when you want the air conditioning and not at night due to car noise/train that passes (train not too frequent). The back patio area is also nice, but definitely not child friendly. There is a drop down the hill onto the road so be aware with younger/little ones. It definitely stays light longer at night during the summer and the shades don't do much for inside if you are trying to put a little one down either. Another area to be aware of are the stairs to the upstairs loft/game area. I just shut one of the doors to the laundry room that connects the loft area to the rest of the house and warned the teenagers they would have to close a door behind them. Upstairs was perfect for the teenagers complete with a bedroom that contained two bunk beds, a tv room, and their own bathroom/shower. They didn't have to socialize with us boring adults at all! Lastly, I am not sure if we were supposed to be given something to open the garage, but we were not and so no cars parked in it. There are some parking spaces in front of the house though! Had a great time overall and my husband wants to return with just the 4 of us again soon.

Fantastic home

Absolutely loved this home. Stayed here with management team of 4 and there was plenty of space for everyone including everyone having their own bathroom (easily could have had more stay as there were beds to spare). House is new, very clean, and well stocked with essentials. The upstairs bonus room has two twin beds, full bath and a couch area with tv. This would be a great area for kids to stay as well. The hot tub was wonderful to come home to after a full day of hiking. Outside patio was beautiful for am breakfast during the warm August mornings and star gazing during the evenings. House sits up the hill from main road and highway. House is super quiet unless opening doors and windows then you do have some road noise (nothing that isn’t livable though). There are excellent natural hiking/mountain biking trails directly across from fitness center on National Forest land. The Row restaurant is a great casual eatery. Wonderful pool and fitness center on property as well as some bike/walking asphalt trails on property. Tetherow development is conveniently located near town (10 min to Old Mill District and floating the river, 12 minutes to downtown/Segway rentals/kayak rentals, 30 minutes to Mt. Bachelor, 40 minutes to beautiful lakes with lots of outdoor recreation-we visited Elk Lake and Elk Lake Resort). I would bring my family and management team back to this home the next time we are in town. Definitely worth the money.
