Perfect place for our family gathering, and the location was perfect. Just a 3 min walk to a small market for groceries and a short 30 min drive to snow park for tubing. The house was very convenient with each room having there own private bath. The host was very responsive, and would rent from them again.

My husband and I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! There were 13 of us and we had plenty of room. The boys played pool, poker and we put together a puzzle, played lots of card games and went bike riding every day! Our children prepared all the meals at the house in their well supplied kitchen. Our stay was wonderful!

Sunriver reunion

This home was absolutely wonderful and met all of our needs!The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with newer appliances, plenty of cookware, dishes, and everything we needed to prepare meals. We especially loved the large dining table next to the kitchen—it was perfect for gathering our family for meals and late-night card games. Even better, most of our meals were enjoyed out on the large deck, which had plenty of room for everyone.The home features five comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which made sleeping arrangements easy and stress-free for our group. The pool table was a fun bonus for indoor entertainment, and having a TV in every room was a great added touch for everyone to relax with their own shows.The spa was fantastic—very spacious, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We didn’t test its full capacity, but it definitely looked like it could fit a good-sized group comfortably.The hosts were kind and quick to respond to any questions we had, which we really appreciated.Overall, we had a great time, and this home played a big role in making our trip enjoyable and comfortable!

Great house, clean & spacious.A bit strange having kitchen on top floor.I’d mention this on listing as there is quite a bit of stair climbing to kitchen and then to bedrooms on 1st floor and hot tub & main deck. Would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues( which) we did not have.Pool table was great to have & used ! Could use new bumper pads

Great family place!

This house was great for our 5 families. Each had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen was large and well stocked. We gathered upstairs mainly, but an additional area downstairs included a pool table and several couches. We appreciated the chance to use 10 Sharc passes for the pool and pickleball courts. There was always something to do—great house and great area!

Family getaway

We had plenty of room for our family of 16 making our time comfortable and fun. We enjoyed the bikes and using the passes for pickleball and the pool. Communication was great and all instructions for checking in and out were easy to follow.

We really enjoyed having all the space in this house for our large group. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to feed everyone very easily and we had plenty of room for multiple cooks working together. The kids really enjoyed having pool tournaments and soaking in the hot tub. Having 5 bedrooms and bathrooms was a definite plus - no waiting in line to shower! There was always plenty of hot water, too! The internet worked great even with multiple users. The one drawback for us was all the stairs because one of our grandchildren is legally blind after battling cancer and one of us has bad knees. We were able to make it work though and enjoyed our stay!

Great home in Sun River

We had a great stay in Sun River. Home was perfect size for our larger group with bunks for the kids and in suite bathrooms for each bedroom. House was clean and fully stocked. Owners were responsive and very hospitable. Great place!

Very nice home

We were pleased with this home. Plenty of room for our family of 9. Because it wasn't rented the night before, we were allowed to check in early, thank you. And a beautiful Christmas tree was still set up, making our Christmas celebration very nice! We all had a terrific time with our family. Thank you!

Simply Excellent: Best property we have stayed in with VRBO

Clearly a family home not one of those corporate productions. The set up is warm and inviting right down to the coffee mugs some of which were Christmas themed just like at home this time of year. We all decided we wanted to live there....smile. The home is immaculate. Everything was stocked and ready to go to make your vacation a success!We want to make this a yearly ski trip destination.Thank you to the owners.

Family Thanksgiving Reunion

This was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving family reunion. The property managers were great in communicating, the space was the perfect size, the pool table was a huge hit, we will definitely return.

Spacious, clean, well stocked home.

This home was near perfect for our large group of 16. There was plenty of room to not feel crowded. Between the 2 floors, and 5 bedrooms we could all spread out or be together.the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. Hot tub was a good size, clean and worked well. The only thing I'd reccomend is adding some beach towels for heading to the SHARC or for uae with the hot tub. Tons of loaner bikes in the garage, mostly adult sized but a couple kids bikes as well. The house is towards the North end of Sunriver so a bit of a treck to get to SHARC and the town but it seems like most of the larger homes are in the same area. We'd definitely stay here again! .

House was big and had lots of fun games, tons of bikes. The location was great, close to the north store and courts. Plenty of room for everyone to have some space. The house is dated and a seemed like it needed a good spring cleaning.
