Enjoy the beauty and relaxation of Sunriver in our family-friendly Lark Retreat. #2 Lark Lane is 3,416 sq. foot completely remodeled home. Relax in our 5 bedroom, 4 bath home.

Lark Retreat is conveniently located near Fort Rock Park and is a short bike ride to SHARC and the Village. Twelve SHARC passes allow you to use the indoor/outdoor pools and hot tub.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 fireplaces, 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and a playroom. Downstairs has a king bedroom suite, and another king with private bath. Upstairs has 1 king, 1 queen, a trundle bunk bed as well as a a twin/double bunk bed in the playroom. All beds are brand new mattresses and bedding.

The main living (kitchen, living and dining room) are all upstairs.

The house is equipped with 4 Smart TVs, Wifi, and DVD/BlueRay players. If you wish to stay in, a ping-pong table, foosball, private hot tub and sauna are available. Enjoy a spacious deck, outdoor furniture, and a new propane BBQ.

When you are ready to explore all that Sunriver has to offer, head out on 1 of 8 adult bikes, a tandem, 1 kid's bike, a child's bike carrier or stroller.

With an airport, marina, 3 golf courses and the ever popular Nature Center, Sunriver offers great outdoor recreation year round including fishing/water sports. Ski Mt. Bachelor only 20 minutes away or take a summer excursion up to the Cascade Lakes Hwy. where you will find many lakes and hiking trails, don't forget to pack a picnic!

Saturdays and Sundays in July and August, as well as some winter holidays, may require a later check-in time.

Kitchen is BERY well stocked, it is big and there was enough room for 3 of us to work in meals.Beds are very comfortable, it was clean, and plenty of room for kids to play. Short walk to Fort Rock park where the kids could run and play in the snow.Host responded immediately when we reached out.

As always we had great stay in Lark Retreat! Sauna is hot, hot tub is relaxing, views are amazing. No snow this year, but we found some hikes and stay busy.Definitely we will come back.

It was wonderful to have received the check-in information days early as we had been travelling and needing to be assured ease of access to the home. We LOVED the spacious kitchen and high end appliances - we did require a handyman (Dan, who was awesome) to come and remove an ice blockage in the ice maker though. Dan was efficient and professional and the repair was completed quickly.

Family friendly getaway!

Great property in the heart of sun river! Huge windows, amazing layout for big family or groups with four separate bedroom areas (one that is a cluster of two bedrooms playroom/bedroom and could sleep 8 in just that area). Kitchen was HUGE and so well thought out. Super close to the bike trail and park and not far from the rec center which was incredible for families and kids.

Annual Family Holiday Trip

We had a great time. We go to sunriver every year and pick a different house to stay in. This one has a great open concept with the living room/kirchen/dining so everyone could be included whether playing games, watching tv or in the kitchen. The set up is a little unique and with the bedrooms above the garage but it worked out for us as we could keep the onesWith little kiddos in their own space. Had a great time!

Awesome Family Vacation

We lucked out finding this home for our family’s first time in Oregon. The home was very family friendly accommodating us, 5 grandkids and their parents. Location was perfect! The kids biked around the quiet street’s loop many times and also to Fort Rock Park (5 minute walk) and to the SHARC (1 1/2 mile) and Village (another 1/2 mi). Parents used the home’s bike trailer and tandem bike for the 2 non-bikers. Appreciated the SHARC passes made available to us and the 2 refrigerators. So much to do in Sunriver/ Newberry Volcanic NM/along the Deschutes River. Will be back next year.

Fun Friends Getaway

This house is so perfect for our group of 5 couples, that this is the second time staying here (and not the last). The house has a great setup for large groups, with 5 bedrooms, a large, well stocked kitchen, private bedrooms and a nice gathering space for meals and games. We chose this house due to it's proximity to the pickleball courts. The beds are comfortable, and everything was well appointed and clean. Our group appreciated the hot tub, BBQ, extra fridge in the garage, and lots of storage space in the garage for 8 e-bikes. Would highly recommend for groups of friends, couples or multi-generational family gatherings.

Very nice place

Great house, very well stocked. Enjoyed the sauna. Floors in the kitchen and dining room were slippery/greasy, we ended up washing them after few close calls. Overall a great place to choose!

Excellent Home for Multiple Groups

The house was perfect for our group with 5 separate families. There were plenty of bedrooms and space if you wanted to break away from the group and the common areas were large enough to comfortably accommodate everyone. It is also a very close drive to the SHARC. House was very clean and property manager was easy to get a hold of. Fantastic home!

Overall great

This house is beautifully structured inside. We loved the large windows with views. The kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub was amazing. The sauna was nice but it’s in between a bedroom which leaves no privacy to the bedroom. We didn’t like that. There are two bedrooms downstairs and the rest upstairs, the creaks from the floors are heard from upstairs in the downstairs bedrooms. I would say they’re pretty loud. Another issue we had was with the thermostat. There are two thermostats but upstairs and downstairs but one of the bedrooms upstairs was freezing cold and would not heat up. We had to buy an extra portable heater. We got stuck inside during a snow storm and there weren’t too many games to play or activities to do. Overall we had a good stay besides the minor inconveniences.
