"Typical blackhouse accommodation, compact, but warm and cosy. Great location. The owners have made an attractive garden - unfortunately the weather was not nice enough to sit outside! Lots to do in the surrounding area, lovely walks and machair and birds."

"The Loch View house is a great property. Nice and quiet, great hiking, beautiful views, close to Three Chimneys Restaurant, excellent Kitchen with everything to cook fantastic meals, very attentive host and a bargain price consider the other rentals in the area. We loved our stay!"

"Fantastic stay with the following tiny cons, smoke alarm detectors went off every time we used the toaster. Also a small welcome pack of bread and fresh milk would have been appreciated after a long drive, but overall a wonderful place to stay and very comfortable."

"Best family holiday for years. Nice touches here and there. If you arrived with nothing in the middle of the night you’d cope what with the spare/extra food and household essentials. Great to not have to be concerned about bedding or towels. Sorry we ended up with 3 towels in our laundry. Will launder and return. The views are amazing. The loch warm enough to swim in. And fish. Don’t know about the rules of the latter but we caught nothing anyway. The beaches are somewhat amazing- even though...
