Villa Nórdica, offers a private pool with total privacy, is located just a few minutes from Benalmádena beach, it is one of the most beautiful villas with the most spacious terraces and interiors in the entire area. Villa Nórdica is decorated in a modern, young, fresh and casual style, which offers you and your family or friends a dream stay, relaxation and guaranteed comfort.

Villa Nórdica is distributed over 3 levels with modern facilities of 290m2, several sunny terraces with fantastic views of the Mediterranean sea and the Casablanca natural park. In the villa you will find four comfortable and spacious bedrooms, all four with full en-suite bathrooms, and a courtesy toilet, there are 4 bedrooms with double beds, all with large closets in each room, two very large independent living rooms, in one of them there is also 1 double bed, in the villa you will also find 2 sofa beds (not for sleeping). The kitchen is very modern, it is equipped with top brand appliances. Each room has air conditioning with individual regulation, and Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the villa, it is also equipped with bbq, sun loungers, security lock, alarm and garage for 1 car or large van. Each living room has a Smart TV with Netflix, etc. In the community there is also available a community infinity pool and a community gym.

The villa are a ten minute easy walk to the train or bus station, restaurants and shops. Torremuelle Beach with several restaurantes and bars are a 15 minute walk away and the beautiful and lovely Benalmadena Pueblo is just 700 m from the villa. In the pueblo you will find several charming squares, restaurantes, bars, bakery, butchers, liquor and tobacco store, pharmacy, several grocery stores, you´ll find everything you need in this lovely Spanish village. Malaga international airport is a 15 minute drive. If you or someone in your company are into shopping, there is a big Designer outlet only a 15 minutes drive away. This designer outlet with over 100 brands is one of a kind!

Maximum capacity of the Villa up to 10 people (ideal for 8 adults + 2 children). Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the property is forbidden. No parties or events. Groups of young people under 25 years old are not allowed. Minimum rental period 1 week. Ask for availability.

Note 1: There is no fence around the pool.
Note 2: The gardener will come to the house at least once a week to maintain the plants and the pool.
