Luxury apartment first line with direct access to the beach, close to Puerto Marina and three golf courses. Reformed 2016 high standard, perfect place long and short stays. 2 Pools, 2 bedrooms, terrace 20 m2 sea view , wi-fi, Smart-TV, garaje and elevator. Apartment refurbished to high standards, with large terrace of 20 m2 with frontal sea views, hammocks and table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful views while having breakfast or dinner, living room with sofa and dining table and chairs and with flat TV and wi-fi, the bright open kitchen fully equipped with appliances and crockery and kitchen utensils, plus dishwasher and washing machine, iron and ironing board, bathroom with shower and easy access screen and hairdryer of hair, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one of them with sea views and exit to terrace. You can smoke only in the terrace. It also has air conditioning / heating. You reach the beach and nice promenade by elevator, which runs through Benalmadena, Puerto Marina to Torremolinos, ideal for long walks by the sea., Where you can find many and diverse restaurants, bars, shops, boutiques and activities leisure and nautical. The apartment is fully LEGALIZED Tourist Registration Number: VFT / MA / 10133.
Check-in 16.00-20.00 check-out at 11.00. Check-in after 20.00 till 24.00 , has a cost of 20 euro paid in cash in the apartment. Check-in after 24.00 and check out out before 8.00 has a cost of 40 euro paid in cash at the apartment.
You can make use of the pool and sunbathe in the areas provided for it in the gardens. Always respecting the schedules and rules of the community that are found at the entrance of the pool and in the apartment.
Upon your arrival we will explained everything to you. We take good care of the apartment and the good relationship with the neighbors, we look forward to your collaboration. And we are happy to receive you.

In front of the building there is a gym, shops, banks and supermarkets, 50 meters away there is the bus stop for Torremolinos, Malaga, Fuengirola, Marbella, Estepona, etc. At 100 meters there is a pharmacy, tourist office, medical center. Only 15 minutes from the airport and Malaga, 1 km from the Torrequebrada Golf course and Benalmádena Golf and about 30 minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banús. In Puerto Marina you can rent boats or take boat trips and enjoy Sea Life. Nearby the butterfly park, karts and the cable car. Casino Torrequebrada 1000 m. Tívoli World 500 m. Due to its location it is not necessary to have a car, although the apartment has a garage in the basement of the building and you can use for free.

The apartment was fantastic everything you need for your stay. Excellent hosting , Valentina met us at the property and was very friendly , she texted during our stay to make sure everything was ok . The views from the balcony was beautiful , and the beach access was on through a gate end of garden. Would definitely recommend and would use again

Quick repsonse from Asma via Whatsapp allowed for a swift and easy checkin even though we arrived late at night. We were a group of two adult couples. The apartment had everything we needed for our one week stay and the location was perfect.. The balcony offered great views of the beach and gets the sun all afternoon. We did'nt use the swimming pool although it did look very inviting. The garden grounds are well maintained. The beds and sofa were comfortable and the modern kitchen was just what we needed. The shower worked well although by the time the fourth person went in the hot water was running out. Not a huge problem though. The TV had Netflix and Apple TV althouh we did not use them. Its a short walk down the path to the beach and promenade and it's a 10 minute walk along to the marina with its many bars and restaurants. Theres also bars just outside the main entrance to the apartment too so you'll not be short of places to go. We'll definately look to return to this apartment next time we're in Benalmadena. hopefully soon.

La casa muy bien y muy buena situación, directo a la playa ... Sólo tienes q cruzar el paseo. La dueña es maravillosa , en un momento donde se oían tantas cosas sobre los alquileres pude contactar con ella varias veces antes de ir, dándome todos los detalles q necesitaba ! Mi única recomendación es cambiar los colchones porque están viejitos.

This property would be great for a shorter period than our two month stay. It was very comfortable for 2 people but would be difficult to have a larger number of people stay for long periods. A more permanent shower stall would be an advantage. The best feature of this property is the location, cleanliness and safety. My wife also particularly enjoyed being able to join the gym across from the building. The other good feature was the sunny south facing balcony.

Nice property with the key attributes being the lovely view, ease of access to the promenade beach and short walk to the marina with all its shoes, bars and restaurants. Well kitted out and comfortable inside - everything you needed for a short stay.

As many other reviews have stated this is a lovely apartment in an ideal location! Close to the beach, promenade and the marina only a ten minute walk. The apartment itself is lovely and modern but a lot smaller than the photos imply. We found a few simple things that could make all the difference to this apartment. The bathroom door would be better if changed to a more solid door rather than frosted glass, being a party of 4 adults, privacy was a bit of an issue. The 2nd bedroom was quite small and the beds weren't really appropriate for an adult. The kitchen would be better with a drainer for the sink rather than having to use a tea towel. Air conditioning instructions would also be a plus! The communication with Asma was fab, albeit we didn’t really need to get in touch with her much. Other than that, we loved it!

Wow! We really loved our stay here. The apartment was really clean and well looked after. We loved the balcony with the absolutely breathtaking view. It was such a restful holiday. The best part was the beach at our doorstep!!!! Rochelle, Esti and Freidy

Matilde's apartment in Benalmadena was very clean and spacious with an excellent balcony in a good location and in the main suited us very well. Just one or two things would have improved the stay for us. 1. The front door lock was very unreliable, 50% of the time it took several operations before we got access. Just needs a bit of adjustment on the catch I think. 2. We found the double door shower problematic as after each shower the floor needed drying. 2. The TV was quoted as satellite and we assumed that we would be able to access some English speaking channels. The only ones possible required subscription payments. It would have been helpful to know this in advance as we could have brought a tablet to enable us to access UK channels via catch up. During dark winter evenings it would have helped although it was OK for a one week stay. Would be an issues for a longer stay. Instructions (generally) particularly for the heating /cooling system would have been helpful. It took me a number of tries (trial and error) before I could get some heating on the cooler evenings - once sorted the system was very effective. The items above were minor irritations and did not prevent us having a very enjoyable week in the apartment and we enjoyed the quietness of the rest of the block during our week. Apartment is in a perfect location, good security and easy safe access to the promenade. Only negative would be the sweltering heat in the second bedroom, as no air conditioning there. We were there in September so I’d imagine it would be much worse in the summer! Al in all, a really enjoyable break😊

The apartment had everything a family of 4 needed. My 20 year old and 17 year old sons loved the smart tv with Netflix. The location was wonderful. The beach was literally two minutes away. Views from the balcony were amazing. Go on Trip advisor for choice of restaurants. Many of the top choices were a 5 minute walk away from the Apartment. Trip up the Cable cars is a must. Wonderful trip.....

Stayed five nights: Very nicely decorated with lots of essentials but lacking a few basics which I am sure Matilde will put right: No tea towels, nowhere to drain plates, cups etc so had to use a towel laid on the worktop. Could def do with a shelf in the bathroom for soap etc. Second bedroom very hot so maybe a fan could be provided in that room. Air con didnt work for several nights which was horrendous. Matilde tried her best to quickly resolve this. I think the air con will be fine in the future as when engineer came he revealled the clogged filters inside; once cleaned worked perfectly. All the above is why I gave it 4 stars not 5. Apartment with lovely sea views located right next to beach. There are no steps from road to the apartment which is great for less mobile people. A lift (or stairs) takes you down to lower ground level then just a few steps down to ocean and promenade. It is a lovely 15 min walk along the promenade to Marina which is absolutely beautiful with lots of restaurants. I would definitely recommend this apartment once the few anomalies are sorted.

Edificio muy bien situado. Dos buenas piscinas dentro del terreno del edificio. La playa bajando unas escaleras y cruzando una calle peatonal. El apartamento perfecto. Muy recomendable.
