Our apartment is south facing, the best to enjoy light and sun. It is located approximately 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and it's very close to Puerto Marina. You are also 15 minutes walking distance from the train station "Arroyo de la Miel" and 15 minutes away from the airport by car. If you have a vehicle, there is a parking area reserved for residents where you can leave it.
Supermarkets, pharmacy, taxi stop, buses, you have everything at hand.
It is an apartment of 135 square meters where you will surely enjoy your vacations. It is full of light and sun, and you can sunbathe at both of the terraces.
All rooms are very spacious and each of them has a special touch.
The apartment is completely renovated and new with everything you need to live as if you were at home.
There are comfrotable leather armchairs in the living room where you can relax while reading or watching TV in a 55'' SmarTV (Netiflix and Amazon is provided).
The three bedrooms have memory foam mattress that guarantee your rest. The windows can be obscured with a store with black out system that prevents the passage of light. Also there are three fitted wardrobes.
There are two terraces, one of them is 40 square meters.
The apartment has central air conditioning with cold and heat mode (6000 frigorias) newly installed as well as ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms and the living room.

You will enjoy a large and equipped kitchen with all appliances: vitroceramic hob, fume hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee capsule machine, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher and everything you need to cook. You can eat in the Kitchen or you can sit at the dining table on the terrace. At dusk you can have a beer next to the barrel and the minibar.
The terrace has a glass enclosure so you can take advantage of it both in winter and in summer. Also has a very special corner, with armchairs in a circle that invite conversation and relaxation. In any case, you can sunbathe or extend the awning to enjoy shade.
If you prefer to go out to eat, you can choose from the wide variety of bars and restaurantes that are within walking distance of the bulding.
Of course it has wifi so you will be always connected.

Nuestro apartamento se encuentra situado a unos aproximadamente 5 minutos andando de la playa y también muy cerca de Puerto Marina. Tiene orientación sur, la mejor para disfrutar de luz y el sol La estación de tren "Arroyo de la Miel" se encuentra a 15 minutos andando y el aeropuerto a 15 minutos en coche. Si tienes vehículo hay zona de parking reservada para residentes. Tienes supermercados, farmacia, parada de taxi y todos los servicios muy cerca.
Consta de 135 metros cuadrados donde podrás disfrutar de tus vacaciones en amplios espacios y elegir entre diferentes rincones con encanto. Está lleno de luz y sol y se compone de un gran salón, tres dormitorios, dos baños completos y una gran terraza de 40 metros cuadrados con cerramiento de cristal.
El apartamento se encuentra reformado íntegramente a nuevo y acondicionado con todo lo que necesitas para vivirlo como si estuvieras en casa.
Todos los ambientes son muy amplios y cada uno de ellos tiene un toque especial.
Las habitaciones cuentan con colchones de viscoelástica para tu mayor comodidad y descanso seguro y amplios armarios empotrados en cada una de ellas. Los ventanales pueden opacarse con un store con sistema black out que impide el paso de la luz. El piso cuenta con aire acondicionado centralizado frio/calor (6000 frigorias) recién instalado. Además, cada una de las habitaciones y el salón, tienen ventiladores de techo.
En el salón los sillones son de piel y muy cómodos, donde podrás disfrutar leyendo o mirando TV en una SmartTV con pantalla de 55 pulgadas. Cuenta además con Netflix y Amazon.
Disfrutarás de una gran cocina equipada con todos los electrodomésticos: vitrocerámica, campana estractora de humos, horno, microondas, frigorífico, cafetera de cápsulas, tostadora, lavadora, lavavajillas y todos los utensillos necesarios para que cocines. Todo nuevo. Si quieres puedes comer en la barra americana o si lo prefieres, puedes sentarte en la mesa comedor de la terraza. Al atardecer podrás tomarte una cerveza junto al tonel y al minibar.
La terraza tiene un cerramiento de cristal para que puedas aprovecharla tanto en invierno como en verano y cuenta con un rincón muy especial, con sillones en círculo que invitan a la conversación y al relax. En todo caso, podrás tomar sol o si prefieres, echar el toldo para disfrutar de sombra.
A la hora de salir, tienes una amplia variedad de bares y restaurantes muy cerca del alojamiento.
Por supuesto tiene wifi para que estés siempre conectado.
