Apartment 'Pueblo Quinta' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

  • Just 15 minutes from Malaga airport, in one of the best areas of the Costa del Sol, is located this beautiful and bright one bedroom apartment. With fantastic sea views, make this apartment an idyllic place to spend a few relaxing days of rest. Just entering to the left is the kitchen, comfortable and functional. It has an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. It is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

    To the right is the bathroom, completely renovated and new. It has a bathtub and hair dryer. Bath towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided.

    Near the bathroom is the spacious bedroom, with a double bed and a built-in closet. Inside the closet you can find utensils for storing clothes, iron and ironing board. The bedroom is very bright and from the window you can see the garden and the sea.

    The living-dining room is very cozy and bright. It has a dining area for four people and a very comfortable and spacious sofa bed, so the apartment can be ideal for four people. It has Smart TV and free WiFi available.

    The living room opens directly onto the terrace, with incredible sea views. It has an area to be able to eat outdoors or just enjoy an unforgettable sunset.

    The apartment has sheets, towels, beach towels.

    La Quinta is a beautiful complex where visitors return year after year. Its Andalusian style, its white blocks and its beautiful manicured gardens full of trees and flowers make it special. The urbanization has a large communal pool and many sun loungers available completely free, so you can sunbathe or just relax reading a book.

Et skønt boligkompleks med pool område og stranden meget tæt på. Området er trygt og godt at færdes i. Kan virkelig anbefales, og vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage. Juan er en meget venlig og imødekommende mand, men hans engelsk er ikke så godt, men ikke noget problem overhovedet

Beautiful stay in Benalmádena!

Pros: The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival and had everything that we needed for our holiday. The location was superb! A 20 minute relaxed walk to the marina, a bus stop outside the apartment or a 15 minute taxi to the bus station ensured that we could explore the Costa Del Sol with ease. Juan was extremely good at responding to any queries we had and is so lovely in his manner. A real gentleman. Thank you so much for having us at your apartment, we absolutely loved our summer holiday! Cons: N/A

Pros: Es el apartamento más limpio en el que he estado nunca y eso era algo muy importante para nosotros en estos momentos. El apartamento es muy bonito. Amueblado y decorado con mucho gusto. Las vistas desde la terraza son increíbles. Está muy bien equipado, y el wifi tan rápido fue lo mejor para nuestro hijo. La urbanización es muy bonita y está muy cuidada. Está situado en una de las mejores zonas de Benalmádena, al lado de la playa, frente al Parque de la Paloma, con autobús en la puerta y el tren a 10 minutos andando. Juan fue muy amable y servicial, nos recibió con un detalle y dejó mascarillas y gel hidroalcohólico para nuestro uso. Realmente lo recomendamos y volveremos.

Pros: Jag och tonåringen bodde en vecka i lägenheten och var supernöjda. Lägenheten var trivsam, ren och modern. Poolområdet var trevlig, välskött och det fanns alltid lediga solsängar. Ägaren var hjälpsam och trevlig. Bra wi-fi enligt tonåringen. Toppen läge med mycket möjligheter att göra i närheten. Mysig, stor park mittemot lägenheterna med djur och lekställen, dröm för småbarnsfamiljer. Vi gick till en marknad som är på fredagar på Benalmadena. Enkelt att åka både buss och tåg till närliggande område om man vill. Vi åkte till Malaga en dag för att shoppa och gick runt i gamla staden. Mest tog vi det bara lugnt vid poolen. Rekommenderar varmt både lägenhet och Benalmádena!

Pros: This property was beautiful, everything was perfect, Juan was very helpful and spoke perfect English. The property is located about a 10 minute walk from the Marina, there is a taxi rank across the road they charge around 6 euro to the marina etc. As a family we like to fly / drive, the apartment doesn’t have private parking however there is street parking, we found this was not convenient and spent alot of time looking for a empty parking space. This apartment is ideal if you have no intention of driving, everything is ideally located. Thank you Juan, we had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Pros: We stayed at Juan’s apartment for nine nights,the apartment was spotlessly clean on our arrival,Juan was there to explain few things to us and pointed out some welcome items he had left for us which was a lovely thought,the apartment was very well equipped with everything you needed for self catering,there was a selection of beach towels available to use,the apartment block has lovely gardens to relax and sun bathe,the swimming area had plenty of sun beds available to use and we always found an area where the sun shone all day. Juan was a very nice helpful individual,he arrived on time as promised on our last day to return our security deposit to us. There is a large reasonably priced supermarket with a ten minute walk We will definitely return in the future.

Pros: Flat and pool area were beautiful, especially the terrace which had a great view of the Mediterranean just meters away. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Accessibility to international TV stations made it easy to keep up on world news. Juan was a very good host and remained available for a couple of questions I had during my stay. I was very comfortable exploring this community on my own, and found a tourist office on the main east / west artery at the next set of lights west, about a 10 minute walk from the flat. A full grocery store is about a 5 minute walk north of the intersection where the tourist office is, and the unit has a bundle buggy making it easy to stock the fridge. "Doris Carveth"
