  • A spacious luxury 120m² newly furnished and fully equiped apartment with a stunning 56m² terrace overlooking the famous Golf Club, located in the urbanization CAPANES DEL GOLF, Benahavis, considered as one of the most prestigious urbanizations in Costa Del Sol with its 5 outdoor swiming pools, indoor pool, Jaccuzy, sauna, turkish bath, gymnasium, a stunning surrounding with a variety of fantastic garden settings, a private road access to the urbanization and 24 hours security guards. It is also 5 min away from other golf courses such as the famous Atalaya Golf.

    The apartment, comprises of 2 large bedrooms, a master bedroom with King Size bed, extensive fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and sliding patio door to the terrace, the second bedroom with 2 beds, fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and a private balcony, a seperate 3rd guest bathroom. The living/dining room area has a full length sliding patio doors opening out to a large terrace. Superbe appartement

Superbe appartement, correspondant parfaitement aux photos. Il est très bien aménagé, très bien équipé et la literie est d’une très bonne qualité. La propriétaire est très gentille et toujours prête à aider. Le petit problème, c’est qu’en février la piscine et la salle de sport ne peuvent être utilisés.

Bel appartement dans une belle urbanisation

Bel appartement très lumineux, fonctionnel, bien équipé. Chambre principale avec grand lit et bonne literie. Un petit plus avec des Wc séparés. Grande terrasse avec une vue sur le golf del Higueral. Place de parking en sous-sol appréciée. Voiture recommandée.

Fantástico apartamento muy próximo a Marbella. Decorado con mucho gusto y con todo el confort necesario para pasar unos días geniales. Con gana de repetir! La propietaria fantástica, ayudando en todo cuánto fuese menester.

Great Home

Great home. You can stop shopping now and just book it. We've been full-time traveling Europe for 2 years now and this is the nicest place we've ever found. It has garage parking with an elevator lift to the apartment, therefore no steps to negotiate. The grounds are beautiful and when you enter the apartment you are greeted with high quality furnishings and a bottle of wine. It has Central heat and air rather than add on units. The internet works well and the TV is large. It has a couch that you actually want to sit on. Beautiful views out the windows. There is a large balcony that connects kitchen, living room and master bedroom with plenty of comfortable furniture and great views of the property. Kitchen is well equipped and washer dryer are in a separate closet on the patio so you don’t have to listen to the noise of them washing your clothes. The home has plenty of hardwood built-in closets, soft close drawers, high quality mattresses, and the most comfortable sheets and towels ever. Two and a half bath layout means two showers, one bathtub, and three commodes. All of them are equipped with high quality fixtures. It is tastefully decorated with lots of nice creature comforts: plenty of mirrors including a convex one for makeup, toothbrush holders and little plates and trays to put things on, digital scale, as well as placemats on the furniture so you don’t make a noise at night when placing your glasses on the nightstand. This is much more like a fine home than a vacation rental. I can’t comment on the golf since I'm not a golfer, but I can say the grounds are beautifully landscaped. We really didn't want to leave and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent

The apartment is modern, bright and clean and in a very upmarket urbanisation. It is close to supermarket, beach and Puerto Banus. It was quiet and relaxing with sun on the large terrace in the afternoon and evening. The apartment is very well equipped and has english tv. The owners are very nice people and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Great example of outstanding customer service.
