VILLA DISTRIBUTION:

Main Floor:
Upon entering the property, two staircases lead to the main door, providing access to the first floor (main level of the house). To the right, you’ll find a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. This space also includes a room with a washer and dryer. It is remarkably bright thanks to a large window that covers the entire area, from the living room to the dining area, providing access to the large terrace with views of the garden, pool, and golf course.
