Year after year we come back to this beautiful condo! It’s spacious, immaculately clean, super cozy, and decorated with a designers touch. The location overlooking Bemus bay provides gorgeous views of the lake. Our host, Ariana, always goes above and beyond to accommodate us and is very responsive in our communication. We highly recommend this gorgeous vacation rental.

We discovered Bemus Point several years ago and when we saw it was in the path of totality, we began our search for a great place to stay and we found it. Ariana was extremely responsive and the condo was perfect - very clean, great location, and well equipped. We will be back!

Everything exceeded our expectations!!! Beautiful, clean, and perfect location. My sister and her family moved to Bemus 6 years ago from Long Island. We visit a couple a couple of times a year. We have stayed at hotels and other vrbo properties. The accommodations here checked all the boxes my family was looking for. Plenty of room, extra bathrooms and location. We will stay here again for our Summer vacation!!! Thank you!

We come to Bemus Point every summer! One of my favorite places to be. This was the first time we rented a condo! It was delightful! Decor was comfortable and beautiful! The view of Lake Chautauqua was perfect. Beds are comfortable. Spacious rooms. Everything is a short walk! Looking forward to returning!! The owner is accessible if needed and easy to contact! Great place!

Very nice stay with beautiful weather. Very nice condo and nicely furnished . Hope they get the ice cube maker fixed. My son and his 15 yr old slept in the bedroom with twin beds and found two pieces of moldy pizza with.bud lite caps on top.Might want to let cleaners know about this.

We couldn’t wait to return and we did! Once again, everything was perfect; the gorgeous condo, the views, the quaint town of Bemus! Ariana is a wonderful host; warm, responsive, and continually making updates to her beautiful lake home. It’s our favorite place, we’re looking forward to returning again next year!

This property was perfect for our group of 70-ish women. Walking to whatever we needed was ideal plus only a short drive to the Institute, Wineries, etc. It was an amazing trip! Ariana was very prompt and helpful with each request. TY!!
