Terrific high quality cooking, Indian food at its very best! Locals in the bar were very friendly, it really is a great place to stop. Bed was a bit spingy and soft but otherwise full marks, we will return for sure! "

You soon will get to know everyone’s name a they will remember yours; it’s the little things that set a small country Inn apart from the bigger and soulless enterprises. "This was our third time staying at Mackworth House Farm and, as ever, Peter was the perfect host. The room was clean, tidy and spacious with a beautiful view of the garden. Check-in process was quick, and Peter was on hand to answer any questions we had. The breakfast options were plentiful, and there was a lovely pub a short distance away for evening meals/drinks.
