"The rooms are nice and cozy and clean however the bath robes could have been more cleaner as I found other people’s hair on them. That said everything else was great. The rooms were nice and cozy although I really think they should’ve put water for guests in a five star resort there really should’ve been bottled water there is nothing. "Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the hotel later than planned, but the staff were very flexible and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. At the restaurant, we enjoyed beautifully presented dishes and excellent drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised to find Japanese sake served in Switzerland. It’s a shame that we were dealing with jet lag during our stay — we would love to come back again and spend more time here."

"The staff here was super helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is great- surrounded by mountains even if we didn’t technically have a mountain facing room. The building itself is beautiful. Walking around the first floor, you see lots of lovely common spaces. It feels very grand and fancy. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in Wengen again."
