This is the second time staying here. I plan to use it next time I go visit, too. The house is well equipped, the location is great, and I can take my dog. The kitchen has everything I need and the outside grill area is really nice.

Great house, great location!

We stayed here with a group of five and loved everything about the house. It’s filled with interesting art and offers comfortable spaces for gathering. The kitchen is well-appointed with a gas stove and plenty of room to move around. There’s ample parking, and the home is tucked away in a charming neighborhood. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Clean, beautiful well stocked house with plenty of room for family activities. The art was a little weird for our taste, but that’s ok. Very attentive management.

Great location, clean, and comfortable for a group stay

We stayed here over the holidays with six people and had a great experience. The home is well located, close to both town and the water, which made it easy to get around without feeling right in the middle of everything.The space was comfortably sized for our group and never felt cramped. The layout works well for spending time together, especially the large kitchen and main living areas, which were great for cooking, eating, and hanging out as a family. It’s clearly set up with gatherings in mind.The house was very clean and well maintained when we arrived, which we really appreciated. Everything felt cared for and in good condition. Being pet-friendly was also a big plus and made the stay much easier for our group.We didn’t get to use the yard much due to the typical pnw winter weather, but it’s easy to see how it would be a great space in the summer. Overall, this was a comfortable, clean, and convenient place to stay, and we’d happily consider it again for a group trip.

Quiet, convenient and fun

We stayed a few nights in February. We used it for a home base and visited White Rock, Vancouver and Mt. Baker from there. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and it was easy to get to town. We loved the chill vibe and art and we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

I thought I had rented a studio and it was an entire house. The house and kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Coviently located to the airport Fairhaven Chuckanut and hiking. I had no problems at all while I was there. Cozy place with gas fireplace.

Great Outdoor Spaces!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great location close to downtown and WWU. The beds are very comfortable and the showers are spa quality! The yard is spectacular--professional grill with a great outdoor kitchen set up and lots of space to spread out and enjoy the sun. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking/eating items. We had everything we needed for a great time with our adult kids celebrating our two WWU graduates!

We'll be back!

I've stayed at more pristine properties, but this one really fit the bill! It has a funky offbeat feel to it, lots of wood and stone, and a really comfortable feel to it. It's dog friendly, with a nice back yard. Be forewarned that is not fully fenced. I'm hoping the monster jet tub gets fixed eventually, but the showers are excellent! Cooking inside or out was easy, and I appreciated not having to buy spices for cooking! I plan to stay here again, it's been great!

Nature sanctuary in an urban setting

The home was lovely but the best part was the yard which was stunninly beautiful and screened with trees so you could not see the neighbors. Deer walked by every day and black squirrels scampered.

Gorgeous home

This house was amazing and centrally located to plenty of activities - outdoors or otherwise. We would come back without hesitation. Not pictured in the listing is an outdoor dining table with six chairs which we were very excited to utilize along with the built in grill. The well kept lawn made this a cozy home base for hanging out in between adventures.
