The champagne toast at checknin was nice. The pool was great and the sun chairs outside the pool area was awesome. Our room was so nice and the staff were all so kind and helpful

Love that rain shower head!

The Air conditioning was terrible and the microwave and fridges did not work. The breakfast had waffles which the waffle machine was not working properly

Our family of four (older children) stayed in a two bedroom. The room was definitely tiny. We weren’t quite as tight as the grandparents in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory but it was close. Very little room for bags so each time we needed something we had to move one bag get to something else from another bag. There was no refrigerator (we knew ahead of time so we carried a cooler). The shower was huge so we ended up putting the cooler in there to help with room. Honestly, if you brought a chair then you could set up in the shower better than anywhere else in the room. We also brought a small electric carafe for espressos in the room for early in the morning. There is a coffee shop downstairs but sometimes you need caffeine BEFORE you leave your room. I also brought a small fan because the weather was going to be very hot when we were there. I thought I would need it outside but needed in the room because it would not cool down enough. The valet parking is $52.50 per day but is handy because you text anytime you need it. For downtown stuff, just plan on walking though because hard to find places to park.
