"Quite and nice staff"

"The staff was welcoming during check in and efficient during check out. The breakfast was a nice addition with the fresh fruit and other options. The hot tub was nice after a day of walking and the pool was refreshing. The rooms were good size and clean. Decent location right of I-55. I traveled with my 83 year old mother and my husband; we would definitely stay here again."

"This was exactly what I needed at a much more reasonable price that competing offers. An older property, but clean, comfortable, friendly competent staff. I felt safe. The breakfast was in line with what I really need and with scrambled eggs was more that "continental" per se. I will stay there again if I have the need. top notch! I also did not have a large "security" deposit added on to my bill."

"Clean, comfortable room. Great hot breakfast. Only problem: We arrived at 7 pm for check in, but there was no room ready for us yet. We had to wait for a room to be cleaned. The front desk staff was very apologetic but we were stuck sitting in the lobby after a long day of driving. "

"Relatively clean with good location to airport, you could tell it was older but the price reflected it. Didn’t get to try the breakfast but the pool was ok, again, older but in ok condition. Check in was quick. Biggest issue was some staff were short and borderline rude. Maybe it was a bad day or who knows but I got over it."

"The pool experience was uncomfortable. The staff member doing rounds around the pool area was very rude and slammed the pool door very hard while we were still inside. Her attitude was not friendly or professional."

"This hotel is NOT what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn. While the hotel is located conveniently off the highway, the state of the hotel is below what you would expect from an average Hampton Inn. The hotel appears to be 'under construction', but yet I didn't see anyone working on construction for the three days that we were there. Hallways were 'beaten up', with missing trim molding and loose wires exposed. The elevators are old and one of them made a lot of noise and shook when it went up or...

"This hotel was just beautiful. Wish we were staying longer. Was walking distance to Arch and ballpark. Staff was just amazing. We were flying in from out of town and coming in a lot earlier than check in time and they were able to get us an early checkin. They took our luggage and we went and walked around until they called to let us know the room was ready. We didn't utilize the bar or restaurants because we weren't there long. But we will definitely stay again next time we're in town."

"Our room faced towards the Gateway Arch/church. Very clean hotel. Staff was awesome. The restaurants were bith really good"

"While our room was clean and comfortable, A/C worked great, the shower needed some bleach work, door track was black and floor pan of shower was orange in spots. We checked in on a Thursday, kids used pool, Friday someone apparently barged in pool. We were told pool had to be drained, cleaned, refilled. Next 3 days, we never saw any of this being done. VERY DISSAPPOINTING as now the kids couldn't swim, 98° outside!!! A very faint apology with no amends from staff."
