Situated on the eastern shore of Lake Como, it offers stunning sunsets!
There is a direct train connection (1 hour 10 minutes) between Milan Centrale Station and Bellano. There are also three airports near the house: Milan Bergamo and Linate, which are about 1 hour away by car, and Milan Malpensa, 1 hour and 30 minutes away.

The Villa
This home spans 260 m² and has been fully renovated to the highest standard. It is well suited for up to 8 people, fully equipped, and spacious.

The entry level (1st floor of the house) consists of:

You may therefore encounter her at the property’s entrance level, but you will enjoy complete privacy on the rest of the property you are renting, including the garden and pool.
