Sleeping Arrangements
Rest well after a big day out. The home sleeps up to 6 comfortably across three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds — perfect for kids or riding buddies

The Garage & Bike Storage
Cyclists, this one`s for you. The garage is fully set up as a hangout and bike-ready space with plenty of secure storage for all your rigs. Roll in after a long day on the trails and have everything you need to clean up, tune up, and start planning tomorrow`s route.
Backyard & Outdoor Space
The backyard is where the fun continues after the trails. Fire up the gas grill, settle into the outdoor patio, and let the kids (or the adults) loose on the flat yard — perfect for cornhole, spikeball, or whatever games you bring along. It`s a great setup for golden-hour hangs after a big day outside.

House Rules
Check-In: After 4:00 PM
Check-Out: By 11:00 AM
Please let us know if you need a late check-out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Pets are not allowed at any time on the property. No parties, events, or large gatherings. This home is best suited for small groups or families. No eating in the beds or bedrooms. Please be respectful of the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Violation of any house rules will result in fines to the guest of $250, along with cost of any damages and/or extra cleaning costs.

Hot Tub The hot tub is located on the back porch and hot tub towels are in the hall closet. Please be sure to turn off the jets after use.
Important Safety Notes:
No glass in the hot tub area—use plastic cups for drinks.
Rinse off before entering the hot tub to keep the water clean.
No children in the hot tub without adult supervision.
