Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Overpriced and underwhelming

I will start with the best part of the house, which was that all the spices you need are there. The last place we stayed didn’t even have salt and pepper. The beds were also very comfortable. The house is a little older with some problems. We noticed a musty smell and couldn’t locate right away where it was coming from. We contacted the property manager and they suggested to open the windows. It is the middle of summer in a humid environment so this was not really helpful. We had a problem with the AC automatically setting itself to 78 degrees and every time we changed it it would return to the previous setting not long after. Again, we contacted the property manager and they told us to turn the temperature down. We had already done that several times and it would not continue at a lower temp for an extended period of time. The house has to have a leak somewhere, but we were not able to locate.

Cozy, quiet and close to Bentonville

Very nice cozy condo in a quiet neighborhood that was easy to get to and easy to get on the hwy to head to Bentonville for Crystal Bridges and other activities. Also close to hiking spots. All around great place!

Policy didn’t include the Roaches!

This was a terrible property! The online description was nothing like described. There is zero outdoor space. You cannot even get to the ground. There is only one tiny bathroom shower. There are steep stairs to bedrooms on the lower level. The heater doesn’t keep the old house warm. The house was clean superficially but when putting my groceries away I found the bonus ROACH! I had messaged the host about having little children prior to booking and at no time did she make any corrections to the online listing to tell me there was no place to play outside nor did she bother to warn me about the stairs. After two nights we had to find something else. The host was unwilling to refund any of the stay and said she couldn’t find any other property where we could move. I did however find another property on my own that was very nice and truthful on their listing. This host’s response was ‘the policy was clear there would be no refund’. What I didn’t read was the fine print where it must have stated in the policy it was ok to deceive you with pictures, and nothing in the policy told my I was supposed to have bonus roaches provided! Stay away from this property and any other by the management company/host.

Bella Vista stay

Close to all areas we wanted to be, cleanliness of space (kitchen, carpet smell) was not what I was used to with VRBO. But property manager did offer prior to us leaving to rectify situation however I did not want someone coming in while we were out to clean with our items there (and less than a day left in our visit). Responses messaging were little slower than I have had in past- but they did message back.

Girls Weekend

We came to Bella Vista for a weekend of shopping and sightseeing. The house met our needs and was very comfortable. You are in the trees and there is a feeling of being in the woods. We recommend it
