Discover this charming gîte at Ferme de la Gravardière, located in Belhomert-Guéhouville, a picturesque little town in the Perche region. A truly memorable experience in the countryside.

One of its many advantages is its location in the heart of nature and just a 5-minute drive from the town of La Loupe (population 3,500) with its shops and train station, where pick-up is available.

Set in an enchanting setting, surrounded by lush greenery and rolling fields, the gîte offers a true escape.

This country accommodation, equipped with fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi access, is meticulously furnished and offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.

The interiors are spacious, warm, and bright.

You will be charmed by the serenity of the setting and the charm of a traditional farmhouse.

On the agenda: 360° views of nature, deer, pheasants, hares, pastures with Salers cows and Louna, a Percheron horse, and a lake with no-kill fishing for children and enthusiasts.
For anglers, a beautiful pond 10 minutes away offers a day pass.

You'll find a fully equipped open kitchen, a welcoming dining room, and a relaxation lounge.

The bedrooms are comfortable and inviting, providing a peaceful haven for a good night's sleep.

The surrounding area offers numerous activity opportunities. You can:

DESCRIPTION
The cottage comprises an entrance on the ground floor with a lounge and games area (table football).

The rest of the cottage is located on the first floor, accessible by a staircase.
A hallway leads to the first bedroom, the fully equipped open kitchen, the dining room, the living room, and the two bedrooms at the far end.

Each bedroom has a TV and a private bathroom.

The two back bedrooms each have their own private toilet, and the third bedroom has its own toilet outside the bedroom.

A board game area in the living room and a guitar are available.

During the warmer months, you can enjoy the following outdoors:
- a private shaded lounge with seating for 8 on the lawn
- a private pétanque court
- a common area: a pond and deckchairs, accessible only through a gate and under the supervision of parents
- a private terrace with a table, 6 chairs, and a parasol
- a barbecue
- an electric griddle to place on the outdoor table

Note: the animals are outside from mid-April to mid-November. Outside of these periods, they are kept warm.
The pet area is completely separate from your living space, offering a 100% cottage feel.
A tour is possible upon request.
As this is a very large property, the owners live on site for the well-being of their animals, but you will not see them unless you request it.

Excellent Gite; propriétaires très disponibles et sympathiques. Gite très très propre , déco intérieure actuelle et de bon gout et vastes espaces; Extérieurs parfaitement entretenus avec le charme de la ferme et des animaux en plus. Séjour 3 excellentes nuits Etablissement recommandé. This is the place to be with friends or family. Very clean house and beautifull garden with animals, location is great for outside activities biking, trailing etc or chill out moments in the garden. Not far from the village where you will find a nice restaurant : Gourmandise. You have everything you need for a successful stay. Recommended house for sure
