It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 500 m². The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- An air-conditioned bedroom with one queen-size bed (160×200)
- An en-suite bathroom opening onto the bedroom, with a walk-in shower
- A separate toilet/laundry room
